Simple straightforward process of selling my old car. They sent a tow truck to pick up the vehicle at no extra charge and gave me a fair price for the sale. When the tow driver was unable to meet me for the key and title handoff, Scotty (the owner) drove out within 15 minutes to handle it personally. Stellar service all around; I can definitely recommend Reject Auto Recycling if you're looking to scrap your junk car!

Update: Peddle made things correct. Tow company tried to deny but tow company’s own pictures they sent to me was the proof I needed. Rejects tried to claim car had no catalytic converter but took their own pictures of it and had sent them to me. So glad that Peddle will continue to follow up as I am not the only one Rejects did this to. Rejects billed Peddle a higher amount than was paid to me. Rejects did not confirm price change due to “no catalytic converter” with Peddle then sent me a picture of the catalytic converter before the vehicle was lifted on the tow truck.
I had a great experience working with the team at Reject Auto Recycling. I needed to get work on a Wednesday, and they arrived on time, keeping me informed over the phone before their arrival. I received the full amount of the quote that was initially provided to me over the phone. The entire process was incredibly smooth. This team runs an excellent business.

So so so easy! I dropped the ball waiting for a call, but they were able to send another truck out to me around an hour later. I was in a real time crunch and they really understood which was really awesome. Our pickup driver was so great too, the process of signing it over and the money delivery was quick, but we were holding him cause we just chatting and talking cause he was such a great guy. Will recommend this business to anyone and everyone. Such a great and simple process :) easier to go through them directly than through a big company. Thank you guys for being so great

My parked vehicle was totaled by another driver. After the collision my vehicle was partially blocking a roadway and the police gave me very little time to have it towed. I texted Reject Auto Recycling and they were on the scene within an hour, I signed my title away to them and they put a wad of cash in my hand. 10/10

Reject Auto recycling gave us the highest appraisal fir our 1998 malibu. They were right on target with the call to verify the pick up spot. When the driver got there he was extremely nice and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He gave us the direct number so we can call them if we every need their services again. I posted a vehicle for sale that had a bad transmission cuz I just wanted it out of my way and these guys gave me more than everybody else was trying to lowball me for! I would highly recommend these guys. Great communication showed up damn near exactly when they said they were going to show up like within minutes. Five stars all the way around!

This place is a straight up ripoff. They showed on time to pick up my 1994 GMC truck .. I was quoted $425 which was fair. Truck was in great shape new tires tow package. Only a minor problem kept it from running. Upon showing up I discovered a drunk person parked blocked the truck from being towed. Erin said he would come back later when the car was moved. At 2pm it was still blocking the path. Not completely. So the owner call me and tells me Erin would be there in 20 minutes so we met. and Erin and a friend removed it .. but before he hooked up he told me the owner now only wants to give me $300 for my truck. That is $125 less!! Why didn't the owner tell me this 20 minutes earlier on the phone?? The convertor is aftermarket... No way . My dad purchased the truck brand-new in 1994 and never had them replaced. There was 2 convertors in the truck... So I was told a bold faced lie to rip me off at the last second... I figured because of the 2 trips maybe $25 taken off for gas but not $125!! This was a setup plain and simple.. we settled on $350... The experience was good until the end when they ripped me off .. this is on the owner... If I didn't have to move the truck there would have been no sale.. 2 trips and 4 calls but they didn't change the price until hookup .. you be the judge... $125 difference?? Sad . Caught in a bold face lie... I could've removed the convertors myself and had a lot more money but live and learn.. don't use reject unless you want to seriously get burnt.
