I went to get a window for my car a few years ago when the office was in a temp trailer & as I was paying a 60-70 year old man (probably another customer) used a used a racial slur to refer to "rigging" something. I'm Black, so I immediately checked him & he apologized, but the employee who installed the window started laughing & egging on a fight between the two of us. This all happened in front of the owner, who was ringing me up (a guy who kinda looked like Ron Perlman) & he didn't intervene, but instead just stared at me like he was waiting for me to hit someone.
I'd rather not get into a fist-fight at a junkyard with three dudes, so I took my receipt & I haven't been back since. Unfortunate because I had been there a few times before, had good experiences with the owner & it’s the closest salvage yard to my house.
Very laid-back staff, very helpful even though they didn't have what I was looking for. I appreciated that they were willing to direct me to another Auto wrecker, since they didn't have what I needed.
Thieves. Sends out the wrong product then wont honor warranty or accept part back for a refund. Even showed them it was clearly theirs but still nothing.
What a great group of guys. I delt with Shawn, and was very happy with the deal we worked out. If u need any parts call him first. That's what I will be doing from now on. THANKS AGAIN!

Just had engine change on 03 tahoe. Runs great. Had small disagreement with Chris he straightened it right out did a fantastic job. Thank you too ALL the mechanics.
Bought a used dodge 4.7. The guys helped me load it on the trailer and worked with my schedule. They kept me in the loop on when it'd be ready for pickup. I'd do business with them again.
Great customer service. Found them online and within a day, they had parts pulled for me for pick up (I was just driving through the area), ready for pick up. Really easy to work with from just pictures and messages/phone.
Sofar I'm good. Went there to buy a power chair they had. Haven't got to use it yet so we'll see how it goes. Its missing the hand turn knobs for the arm adjustment height so need those 1st kinda. Nice folks. They said they'd work with me if I had a problem. Can't wait to use it, also need a new ramp to load and unload since it's wider than my old 1.
Never take your car hear got my car back and three different mechanics found loose whires and bolts and no fluid I called them up took car back and just got it back and broke down on side of road they said you've had car back for two days and it's your fault for hot rodding in it . Payed over 3,000 and got treated like that. THANKS CHRIS THE CROOK OH AND JIMMY THAT WILL NOT TELL ME OWNERS NAME OR LET ME TALK TO HIM you running his business in the ground
i called to get a steering column fixed and they quoted a price .. i arrived the same day and with in 15 minutes the guy there pulled the column fixed the problem and showed me what was wrong. it was the same amount they quoted which was cheaper than any other places i checked plus he did it while answering phones and waiting on a couple customers. i was in impressed. i actually gave the guy a tip for being so professional.
