They answered the first time I called, qoated me more than the other places I had talked to and were out to pick up the car with in an hour and paid cash the same amount they quoted me with no hassle or questions. Paid me and said the tow truck would be by shortly but 3 hours later nobody had showed so I called back and they apologized and had someone here within 10 minutes to pick it up. Very happy overall and would definitely recommend them.
We had a time scheduled for them to come get our old van, and we had made arrangements to get all the other vehicles out of the way. The time came and went. We called them and they said they'd contact the driver. Four more calls later and still no word. Now it's six and a half hours later with no word. Not impressed! Were we fooled by the nice reviews or they just changed their minds?
These guys came through in a clutch for me. Professional, courteous, and most wonderful of all; my mother (who was a shattered ball of nerves after the damage) commented on them and their service with a smile on her face. That was no small achievement.
