Staff was down to earth, and willing to give me some suggestions on where to find what I was looking for,even though they did not have it. Their business is a bit hard to find as they're down a long road and it's hard to see where their office is when you approach. I'm thankful for the other Auto wrecker that gave me directions to find them.
Didn't go there, only called them- customer service alone deserves 5 stars. He was actually looking up a place where I could source used RV parts, which they dont have.
Speak with Allen or Keith, the owner for excellent pricing and top notch service. These folks are very knowledgeable about older vehicles and can help you source used auto parts in a hurry.
I had the nicest experience with these guys. I was calling around to find an engine for my car and they did not have one in stock but he looked around for me to help me find one. Even though they were not making a penny off of it, he even called me back to tell me about one that he found. What a nice person, what a great way to do business. I wish they had the engine so I could buy it from them.
These guys are pretty cool and they gave me a heck of a deal on a new front clip for a truck I was working on. I was extremely surprised to see how much effort they would put in to try to find me a couple other pieces for the truck at one of their competitors. That's what I call Top Notch customer service!
Guy I worked with to find me parts was great unfortunately the part turned out to be bad but they had no problem refunding me I will definitely be back in the future
Nothing like them good hearted people The type of people that would take the last shirt off and give it to you also have lots of parts depending on what you're looking for and great deals just don't be rude to the neighborhood because its also residential and everyone on that whole street respect everybody
