This company has horrible customer service! I had to have my Volvo towed & this is the company my insurance sent. After being at the address for over an hour and my car not being delivered, I called the company. I asked who I was speaking w/ "sam" was rudely replied. I asked where my car was, he put me on hold, hung up on me, and texted, my driver would be there in 20 min. It arrived much later. Then the driver unhooks from the flat bed trailer 2 feet from the curb and 4 feet from a mailbox. I asked the driver to fix it, and he eventually called his boss, I spoke w him. He asked me what I wanted his driver to do? I said, move my car out of the road. He said my driver couldn't move your car, not my problem, give the phone to my driver. I do, and the driver walks off, gets in his truck, & drives off! The photos are from the drivers plate, the company name, that my vehicle having ZERO power he puts it in gear, and the coffee that was spilled on the passenger side after coming off the truck bed. Volvo called and stated that coffee had gone thru to the wires, and it needed to be cleaned. I called to report this to the manager (same voice & accent), which now tells me his name is "SEAR" said it's not my problem and refused to file a claim/complaint.
I'm still waiting to see if anything else is wrong after he towed my AWD WITH NO POWER on a flatbed trailer! Which SEAR claims is my fault.
Complete scam. I asked upfront what the tow would cost, they said "$100 labor fee plus $6 per mile." After they towed my car there was a surprise $200 "hookup fee"! They took $500 for a 27 mile tow. Do not recommend! Go anywhere else, any other business.
Our car was stolen and recovered by the police. We called Fast Towing to help us tow the car 4 miles to a mechanic. They charged $360, parked the car the wrong way on a busy street and far from the curb. It received 2 tickets the next day for the parking job. I will not be using their services again. I'd advise anyone to find any other towing service. They suck.
Very fast and friendly. I was stuck in a drive thru of all places and they arrived within 10 minutes. I was home within an hour. How many tow companies can do that? This one did. We were very pleased and would highly recommend
I needed to have my car towed a very short distance. I really felt the situation was difficult and wasn't feeling very positive. Called and spoke with Kamal who was amazing and made me feel so much better. Set up a time and Jade came out to tow the car. Timely, personable, professional, he was great. Wonderful customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend!
Following an auto accident, they were directed to tow my vehicle to Fix Auto on 9/22/21, but they did not!
The driver said because it was late (4:30pm), he’d tow it there 1st thing in the morning. I went to Fix Auto & they did not have my car, nor were they accepting any new tows because their lot is full. Then came the issue of myself, my adjuster, and new auto body shop tracking down the driver and no response. It’s now been a week, and they’re holding my car in their shop without any of our consent. I highly discourage anyone from using them. They’re trying to rack up storage fees, although they have been directed where to take my vehicle & failed to.
Fast Towing LLC went above and beyond to makes sure our insurance company paid for the service, helped us get our vehicle repaired, and deliver it to us. We have not seen such dedicated service anywhere.
Waited an hour later than they initially stated it would be. Then they called and said my car was not where I said it would be. I panicked and checked. It was still their he just didn't care to check. He refused to go back so I had to get a whole other company to go out. Because the hours of wasted time, the shop coded andy car was then unavailable until even Monday to be checked. Super frustrating chain of events because their driver didn't just look for the car in the tiny parking lot.
Kamal was very kind and quick yet careful when loading my car onto the flatbed. He kept in good communication before he arrived to make sure he had the location we were at. I support small businesses like these because of people like Kamal
