I have a 16-year-old daughter that went to a haunted house probably 30 to 40 minutes from my house I'm a disabled parent and her mom is sick right now and when I called speeds towing to see if they could give my daughter a jump The lady got into the story more and she told me that she was going to take care of it we don't have to pay the 60 My daughter called and put the driver on the phone to talk to me and he said you need to worry about nothing I will make sure that all the kids get home safe and I'm telling your car to your house very emotional for us what a blessing you guys are great The driver's name was Chris
I just purchased two Cars for the first time using the internet feature for online biding. Honestly I was worried that I wouldnt experienced enough to be able to get a good car for a low price. I felt like I was gonna get outbid by all the regulars that attend the auction. I have to say that I was extremely relieved that it was easy straightforward, and I walked away with two great cars for under three grand. The feature that I like the most is when you’re bidding online, you can also view the people that are looking at the cars in person and that way you can see and hear the auctioneer. My son got into a self accident, he black out , accident, speeds towing , they charge $ 40.00 a day if you don't pay ,

He was a new driver. He had to call boss on how to pull me out of Railroad Rock that they put down next tracks.

Only problem I had - he left his backup lights on as we were pulling out. Hard to see where I was going.
Tim was amazing. Arrived on time and picked up my vehicle and dropped it off with no issues. The driveway was tight but he was able to make it work. Would definitely use Speeds again and I highly recommend Tim.
10min maybe less drive from the accident to the garage charge $800+ its a rip off so for that Ill give 1 star. Brought the truck from Montreal East all the way to Dorval with another towing company cost $250 like that’s a big difference!
Any time I need a tow I get nervous and think I'm going to get the typical stereotype, then Tim shows up and he was awesome. He was calm, relaxed, friendly, and very polite. Thanks Tim!
Something seeing y’all tow away someone’s camper they were clearly living out of while having “Everyone gets home safe” as your company slogan is the absolute worst form of irony. Be better.
I can’t say enough good things about Kayla and Ryan (hope I’m spelling their names right) at Speed Towing. My car’s clutch kit was wrecked by my younger roommate while I was teaching him to drive: no surprise there, haha. I waited four hours for AAA starting around 8 a.m., and no one ever showed... I got multiple conflicting answers from the reps I spoke with, which came across as unprofessional and made it seem like they didn’t know what they were doing. Eventually, I had enough and reached out to Speed. Kayla gave me a small discount for the wait and my situation, and Ryan was out to me in about 30 minutes. He had my car loaded in 10 minutes, dropped it off at a local mechanic, and even gave me a ride home. Otherwise, I would’ve had to Uber or walk for over 30 minutes after 2 a.m. Ryan, you’re a rockstar and I hope your son’s birthday celebration is a great one and yo get to spend quality time with your family. Kayla, you were super sweet and patient with me while I was half-asleep. Thank you both so much. I really appreciate it and hope to talk again.
Overall great experience. I had to schedule a tow, and the coordination was thoughtful and quick. The morning of the tow, the driver called promptly and was overall really kind and good at his job. 100% recommend.
Broke down on freeway. Speeds was there in 30 min and quickly hooked the truck and got us to a mechanic.

Car had randomly died on the freeway and was able to get someone to arrive within 30 minutes. A bit pricey considering the short distance needed to tow but was overall worth it for a very speedy and convenient recovery.
Tim was awesome to us this morning towing our car! He did a wonderful job getting my car safely on the truck and he was faster than we had thought he would be getting to the place I broke down. We appreciate him so much! We will be requesting him if we ever need a tow again because he was so legit awesome!!
I’ve used Speed’s Towing twice for work now and have had great experiences both times. They are responsive and reliable - they show up when they say they will and charge what they say they will charge. I will be using them again in the future for any towing!
Towed my trailer let's too close to the Portland p. D when was finally able to get it out of tow? It was over six hundred dollars once I was able to get inside, I found my 60 inch sunny TV broke my toolbox has gone through all of my batteries, drills saws and grinders. We're missing that we're on my toolbox. As well as my son's Nintendo switch. Among many other items as well. I was going to leave when my children was being towed, and They were responsible for what was inside the trailer. Somebody open the door with pry bar to put my generator inside.But as nice as that is, they held themselves to whatever they wanted inside

I called Speeds to tow my son's car and they were able to get me a tow immediately. They were recommended by my shop. When they showed up, the extra keys my son gave me didn't work. They agreed to come back when I had the right keys and didn't charge me extra. The driver, Ryan, was pleasant and professional at all times. They also had a flat bed truck which I like. I don't know much about tow fees, but they felt reasonable to me. I highly recommend them.
I am very pleased with my experience with Speed’s. I received exceptional customer service from both of the female dispatchers (I spaced their names) and also the driver, Mercury! I called for a jump start due to a bad battery. After Mercury got my car running, he followed me to the shop to make sure I made it there ok. How wonderful is that! Thank you so much!
Needed a tow after getting ghosted by AAA, and Speeds responded in a professional and timely manner. Our tow driver was efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable. The whole process from the beginning of the call took about 1.5 hours, which is super reasonable for heavy traffic hours. Hopefully we don’t need a tow again soon, but if we did it’s nice to know Speeds is local and well priced.
While it was very expensive, customer service was absolutely excellent. Chris the driver, was extremely personable and dispatch as well as Chris were very easy to talk and professional.
This tow company towed my car may 5th 2023. Upon dropping off my vehicle the driver damaged my vehicle (scraped it against another vehicle). I was Told i would Recieve a call in the morning to get the crash figured out. This tow company is registered with the city of Portland so i didn't think they would do something so illegal. Well a month later they still have not returned my calls and caused thousands of dollars worth of damages. They will be getting sued and reported to Portland for evading the cost of repair for damages caused to my vehicle by this tow company. Stay away!!
Quick response and a very fair price when some other companies were gouging during last nights ice storm.
We are super impressed and will call them next time instead of using our insurance as roadside assistance.
My short comment is "Excellent". The late evening dispatcher was courteous, and sympathetic, and made sure she knew exactly where I was and what type of motorcycle I had. Mike, the tow operator showed up on time and went to work at once. He had exactly the right equipment needed to carefully and safely load my bike without damage, and he knew how to use it quickly and expertly, double checking everything to make sure he did not damage anything, and that the bike would load and ride safely and damage free. I was and am impressed. Mike is a pro. If he represents the work Speeds does with Motorcycles that need road side assistance, I would certainly recommend them. If I ever need them again, I will ask for Mike!
Car wasn't able to start so I called this company after AAA couldn't give me an ETA. Needed a tow from Hillsboro, OR to Vancouver, WA. Had a 40 minute wait
time and I was greeted by Chris, who was an absolute blast! Not only was he very professional, extremely knowledgeable, but super fun to talk too. Great guy to ride along with. My car made it to our destination in one piece. Pictures were taken of my car before and after. Paperwork was a breeze too. I high recommend this company and Chris is an extraordinary employee!
Starting off a Monday morning and needing a tow couldn’t be more stressful. However, Speed’s Towing made the entire experience very easy, quick, and extremely less stressful. The driver was very professional and quick to respond out to my residence. The quote I received from dispatch was the same price I paid after the tow. They are honest and make sure you are taken care of after everything is said and done. I would highly recommend Speed’s Towing!
