NW Allpro Towing is the only towing company you need. My Tesla ran out of power and even completely drained the 12 V battery. The previous day a lazy incompetent tow company showed up claiming to be super familiar with Teslas, and left me stranded.
Breaks my heart when I come across an Ameri-cant. In contrast, Christopher, from NW Allpro Towing showed up and went above and beyond. Chris’s attitude and knowledge was more than I could have hoped for. 100% Ameri-CAN!

Tow driver.failed to give me receipt . Had to go to office 50mile trip in person to get receipt. Tow truck driver acted like he was on drugs. Office lady does not respond by phone. Almost never can reach office by phone and they will not respond by messages left for them. All a big hassle and problem with them.
Wonderful service. I feel like my car is finally fixed this 3rd time around trying to figure out the problem and paying to get it fixed. They also backed up their work with a warranty which gives me peace of mind. I’ve already shared their business card with three people and will continue to do so. Thanks so much!
Michael came out to our vacation rental late afternoon on a Saturday. He was kind, courteous and efficient and took the time to show us how to jump the battery of a hybrid car. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed
We broke down on our way to the coast for getaway weekend. Mike towed our car and let us ride with him clear to Gresham. He made what could have been an awkward ride with a stranger feel like we were with a friend. Thanks Mike! You were awesome.

I was in a fender bender nearly 500 miles from home while on vacation. My vehicle was no longer drivable. Brent and his wife Roxanne came and saved me with a tow to my vacation spot, formulated a plan to get my vehicle out of Oregon and back home to California, and then did it. My Ford Escort’s battery died in a campground site. Jumpstarting it by another camper caused it to go into antitheft mode. Transmission was locked up and the steering wheel couldn’t turn. The driver, Brent, was amazing at the way he was able to drag my car safely from an odd angle onto the truck lift. The driver was friendly and courteous and gave my sister and I a ride to the dealership. I was very pleased with the service!
