I bought a rear wiper for my car, could’nt get it to go on and went back to the store. The staff was so good when I explained the problem. So, the staff member who I had dealt with prior was so nice as he offered to check it out and he replaced the blade with no problem. We laughed about it as I told my daughter, he will probably just pop it on and he did. Have gone to this Auto Zone ever since it opened and have always had great service. Thank you.
I just left the Lincoln city, Oregon, Auto Zone . The employee , Adam Mason , went out his way and was incredibly helpful . Thanks Auto zone and Mr Mason . Note: the coworker was helpful as well but I forgot his name.
Popped in because I was having issues with my camper batteries, Aaron and Mark took care of me asap and got my batteries checked and charged so I could get back on the road.
Not your average autozone, the crew here goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of.

A persons biggest fear when traveling is having a vehicle issue. It was the day after forth of July and I was getting ready to go adventure for the day . I went to turn on my vehicle and the car wouldn't start. I was over 300 miles from home and by myself with small children. I was lucky to be at a state park and one of the rangers had a portable jump starter. I jumped stared my car and had enough juice to get it to AutoZone. I went into the store to find a sales associate David . He was the hero of the day . He tested my battery and found it was dead . He then did all the mechanical work to change the battery and provided all the tools for the replacement of the battery. Within a half of an hour I had a new battery, a jump starter tool , and piece of mind . He was also so knowledgeable and patient in my time of panic.I was back on the road for my adventure, finished my trip and made it back home safely.I just want to say thank you David and auto zone for helping save the trip .

I highly recommend this AutoZone store because of the wonderful staff. During my recent visit, Erin and Max were both super friendly and helpful. Erin waited on me and was so knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions, which were many! I needed help picking out the proper motor oil for my new car as well as needing answers about some car battery issues I was having, and Erin went way above and beyond to be so incredibly helpful and giving me great detailed information.
There are other stores where one can buy car parts, but what really sets this location apart is just how courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly the staff is here. It made buying car parts and supplies not just an errand, but educational and a pleasure!
Came in not knowing what was going on with my car. Spoke with a guy named Jeffery. He was fast, very smart. Told him what was going on and he ran a code reader on my car. Found the issue and had me out the door with what I needed to fix it before becoming late for work. Thankfully it was a easy fix. Thanks Man!

Friendly and very helpful staff. Very clean store. It's been very easy & affordable to order car parts from them. They have even given us a jump start when our car wouldn't start in the parking lot. (We ended up buying a new battery) The young man who helped us went above & beyond & it is so very much appreciated.Just went back in for some detail brushes and Jeff. R was very knowledgeable and helped us find what we needed.
Let me just say they honestly have the best customer service I have ever received! They literally saved my day. I got off of work to come outside to a flat tire. Durst literally bent over backwards to help me repair my tire to help me safely get on the road to make it to the airport for my mom’s open heart surgery. If it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t have made it to my flight! I am truly grateful!
Both Calob Dempsey and Samuel Hatmacher at the Lincoln City Autozone went above and beyond to help me! I came into the store asking for help to check my car, as the engine light started to blink, and then car started shaking like crazy when I would accelerate. Calob comes outside with me to see why the engine light might be blinking, we go back inside and with the help of Samuel, they both figure out that there are 2 or 3 coils that were misfiring. I only bought one to see if that would fix it; nothing changed, so we head back to the store and tell them I'd like to buy 3 more. Calob then recommended it would be cheaper to buy a pack of 4 instead of 3 individual, so we return the one and buy the pack of 4. Needless to say, my car works perfectly fine now! So, thank you both to Calob and Samuel for going above and beyond to help a clueless girl who doesn't know anything about cars! I truly appreciate how friendly, kind, patient, and helpful you both were! Thank you, thank you!! I'll definitely be coming here again, if I ever have any car problems again.

I stopped for groceries and then my car wouldn’t start. I’m looking across the parking lot towards autozone so I gave them a call. Durst answered the phone and shortly after carried a jump starter across the parking lot to get my car going again. Then I drove over for a free battery and charging system check. These guys are awesome and willing to go the extra mile. Thanks autozone and especially thank you to Durst.
Durst is an exectional person. His knowledge, and honesty is astounding. He always go beyond just getting parts for you, he helps in any way he can with your auto needs.
Went into auto zone to get some parts for my truck. Usually when I go into an auto store I try to explain and get bad service. I spoke with Durst who was patient with me and beyond helpful with what I needed to accomplish! Will use this autozone for all my needs!
Though there are still hiccups in shipping and limited stock, the employees like Jacob and Savanah go out of their way to make up for it. Prices here are comparable to online-only part warehouses when including their shipping price. Auto Autozone has a rewards system, but I am not very savvy in it. Their warranties on parts is helpful when taking into account traveling. I'm grateful for the extra effort staff had made due to limited persons available to work. They're easy to talk with and take their time.
AutoZone staff just love to help. They are passionate about vehicles and anything related to vehicles.
I had one question, to satisfy my firm belief. Answered promptly and to satisfaction (meaning, I was right).
Prices are inline with the brick and mortar set. Online will always be cheaper, but at what cost? Do you need a pflopper if your installing a caliddarie? Hmmm, I dunno but they wouldn't let you check out without conferring with you.
Honestly this is by far the absolute worst auto parts store I've ever been to in my 15 years as an electrical diagnostic mechanic. Not only is the selection always poor and under stocked but the staff is always rude to me every single time I come in. Upon entering the store I'm bombarded by the same people who ask me the same questions every single to which I reply with the same answer of "no thank you, I've got it figured out". After declining their unnecessary assistance every time I am then followed around the store by them as they hover around whatever perimeter of the store I happen to be browsing while they simultaneously pretend to fidget around with random items as though they are actually doing something important rather than harassing and profiling me andy wife. It's pathetic really how they just always seem to be gravitating around whatever area I happen to navigate literally each and every time I come in. After pestering me several times with unnecessary and frankly unwanted customer service I am then followed to the door after I pay for my items and proceed to exit the establishment. I really do not understand what I have done to these employees to earn their negative attention and poor treatment. They make me feel as though I am a suspicious individual who may possibly have entered the store to shoplift despite the fact that I do indeed spend a great deal of my hard earned money in their store. My message to the staff of Autozone on Logan rd in Lincoln city oregon if you happen to scroll through this review: Please take a moment to think about the way you treat your loyal customers and perhaps adopt a more friendly atmosphere and a less rude attitude. If this town wasn't so small and had more to offer in the realm of diy auto repair I wouldn't even consider entering this sub par establishment if you paid me. Facts. I know absolutely nothing about cars and parts and mechanics but going in to this location has never been a hassle! The employees know what they're doing, even with my vague descriptions! If they don't know what I need right away they figure it out and make sure its exactly what I'm looking for. Even ordering parts is fast and easy. They're always pleasant and Super helpful, hands down my favorite auto shop around!
After dealing with another auto parts store in Lincoln City, this auto zone is refreshing. The employees are courteous ,helpful and respectful. This store has everything I need for all my trucks. And what they don't have, it's ordered and arrives expediently.
I went to get a new headlight and they guy Sean helped put it in after I didnt have the right tools. He even stayed after it closed to make sure I was able to get back on the road. Awesome customer service!
Was going to do brakes on one of my vehicles spent $380 on brakes and accessories one of the parts did not fit got there at 8:52 p.m. knowing they close at 9 a clock door was locked asked him if I could exchange the part for the right part and was told no we closed one minute ago according to my watch and cell phone it was not 9 p.m. yet . I will be returning to AutoZone one last time to return everything which is a shame because here in Lincoln City there's only two parts stores to choose from so so without a doubt NAPA Auto Parts will be getting my business
