We came here on vacation and we found out around Portland my windshield wipers were on their last leg, once we made it to our destination we went to the first O’Reillys we saw and they were so nice! Quick service and good conversation, they changed my windshield wipers in less than five minutes!

Great service! Came in because one of my headlights had died and when they attempted to change the lights it seemed like it would be difficult due to the structure of my hood so Mark came out and took the time to figure it out. I appreciate the great service and would recommended this place for anyone needing parts!

Mark the Assistant Manager was amazing and came out in the pouring rain in Lincoln city to put my wiper blade on. I appreciated him so much.

On my way back to the valley ended up getting a flat tire icon on my dash and decided to go to this Oreillys to get a gauge to check my all my tires. Then Bol had came out to check them for me and fill them up with air and he ended up find the tire with the nail in it and even went as far as to change it for me. Thank you again!!!!!

I had a led brake light out on my rv. Not knowing if it was a fuse or the led unit. Mark came out with tools and discovered the connector was bad. He set me up with the parts and tools, and explained how to repair the fault. Excellent customer service. I have no idea what this would have cost me at an rv repair shop. Thank you. Jim

Hat's off to the O'Reilly Auto Parts team. I had a family member from out of state purchase an alternator for my car. Come to find out it wasn't the alternator it was the starter. I had the alternator for a minute and when I found out it wasn't needed and returned it. The manager or maybe it was the assistant manager saw the struggle it would of been getting the difference down here. So they was super kind and did some price matching. I was able to get the starter for the same price as the alternator. Thanks guys!!

Holy cow i give this place ten stars if I could. Everyone was super friendly. I am traveling out of state with my family and headlight goes out. Waiting outside before they opened. Mark was looking up my license plate before I walked in. Knew what I was looking for and helped me quickly. Mark offered to help install headlights and was way faster then I ever could have been. Came in on a very rainy day to get some new windshield wipers that were falling apart (my friend and I were googling the size of the blades and how to install them and such). The guy working asked if he could help install them (yes please, we don’t know what we’re doing). He helped us buy the pieces we ACTUALLY needed to buy (not the pieces and blade sizes Google said) and installed them for us. Wonderful experience and saved us a bunch of time and headaches and a potentially dangerous situation since we were heading back to Portland right as it was getting dark. Thank you so much! :) :)

Amazing experience at Lincoln City. Our car developed a whining noise and we thought it may be caused by low power steering fluid. Mark helped us confirm the problem, helped pick the right fluid, checked the battery - all with a smile. Thanks Mark!

Great knowledgeable team, excellent selection and fast bringing in parts if they occasionally don't have your particular flavor of OEM blinker fluid. Very helpful and they all have a great sense of humor, too! Had rats chew through wires and hoses in my lady's tacoma and was able to get everything I needed to splice/slap it all back together. Definitely our go-to for parts shop for business and pleasure. 😉

Walked In overwhelmed and frustrated with what was happening to my vehicle, the unwillingness to help was at an all-time high, was in the store less than a minute and I had already walked out with him knowing that I wasn't going to get the help I needed. I even told the guy I didn't know how to do what he was telling me to do, he pretty much shrugged his shoulders and let me walk out without any hesitation or willingness to help me out. Went to AutoZone and got the help. Won't be back.

Great experience. They were able to help me with changing out our wipers on two of our vehicles. One of them they even took the time to modify the wipers so that they would work with our ID Buzz. Great customer service. Will definitely be back.

After possible dealing with the worst customer service at Autozone and Napa went into Oreillys and Bol greets me at the door and was able to find my part in minutes, and he went as far as to install the sensor while it’s pouring rain. He did it with a smile the whole time, you just don’t get that kind of customer service anymore, above and beyond.

Excellent old school service, Mark was fantastic and changed my Subaru headlights in a jiffy. So knowledgeable and could not ask for better service 5 STAR

We were so impressed with the service received! We are from out of town and our oil cap lost its seal. He went above and beyond assisting us in the rain to get us back on the road.

My battery in my Hyundai Santa Fe needed to be replaced. I called O'Reilly, and they said, they had my battery in stock. I drove down the next morning and with only a short wait, I bought the new battery and they installed it for free. Easy-peasy, and great customer service. These guys know what they're doing.

Mark was so extremely helpful and friendly. He helped us get exactly what we needed for our car. He is very knowledgeable and even assisted in the process. Highly recommend stopping here if you have a check engine light on or just go your simple needs. We are from out of state and this made us feel like we were back in the Midwest. Hometown vibes. So thankful for this O’Reilly! I’m on a work trip and my oil light came on in my BMW. The man at the counter- if he’s not already the manager should be the manager went above and beyond and put the oil that I purchased in my car for me. Thank you thank you!!

Best auto store experience EVER! Mark helped us devise a temp workaround for our camper topper so we had power! His knowledge to help us was excellent! Mark’s the BEST!!!!!

These guys are great, offering special deals and discounts even if you're unaware. Something I found out yesterday while returning a caliper core for credit. The counter person had me swipe my debit card for the credit. He said the money goes back to my bank account quicker. A few weeks ago I returned 3 spark plugs and a different counter person said he only needed my receipt to process the credit. The problem with that was the credit appeared on my bank records as a pending charge until the bank released it as processed. This took several days. My suggestion is that O'Reilly's retrain their staff to process returns and or credits by offering the customer an opportunity to swipe their card. This should make for less confusion by the customer, like me who thought he was actually charged again rather than receiving credit. By swiping my card the credit showed up on my bank account as a (+) within minutes of completing the credit transaction. I really like that. The entire store was incredible. Mark and Aaron went far above and beyond. The older fella (maybe chuck) was super cool too. He even was helping when he was supposed to be clocked out and leaving. Mark wasn’t even on the clock, just had a baby and brought her in to show his colleagues. He seen that I was having trouble with my jeep and went to far extents to help us along our way to get back to our anniversary as we were from out of town and stranded with a broken vehicle and trailer. Aaron also went to full lengths to make sure I was able to accomplish my goals and get my better half safely to our next destination. Incredible performance. Might have to order a pizza or two and have it delivered to them randomly one day. Very good people, I’ve let friends, mechanics, tow truck drivers, and acquaintances know, when in Lincoln city, Oregon, if you need parts and decent people to buy them from… O’Reillys is the place to be.

Mark was amazing! We went in for a part our son ordered the day before, we went early thinking they may not have it yet because it was literally less than 24 hours since he ordered it. The guy looked at the paper and said, yep it's here! Then we told him we needed windshield wipers, he looked it up, went out to the car to check and measure. He came back opened them up, charged us for them and went out and put them on our car. So friendly and fast! Thank you Mark for your kindness and knowledge! We will definitely be back!
