Only 1 person said hi to me. Was looked at by all the staff and nothing. Customer service is not great anymore. Was given wrong parts for a tuneup so had to find a ride back to get correct stuff.
I'm from WA and had to stop through After my car had engine light on, went to stop and see what was wrong and the guy Andy, ended up cleaning up one of my sensors and cleared the codes for me, he was super nice and helpful!!
Andy and John are so good and helpful. They make things so easy. I bring all my high-performance rigs here. It's what you hope for in an autoparts store that you almost never get.
I was very disappointed with the customer service. This was the first time I had been into this store. The part I needed was a basic headlight that was double what I had paid for 2 weeks prior (at another store) and the guy all but accused me of lying about the price and as I was outside trying to get the part loosened he stood inside and watched me until I drove off and shut the lights off and left. I will not be returning again.
Third strike and you’re out! I used to go to Napa in Salem because those were the guys that could always find and get my parts. This is the third try at this store for fairly basic parts for my pickup. The guy punched in the Ford part number I had, it didn’t cross in his computer, so he just says “sorry, we don’t have it”. I’m done waiting my time stopping here.
Do you not come here they will scam you! They do not warranty their products or return with receipts!I bought items from the Napa this morning with a receipt in hand and they refuse to return even the receipt says returns with receipt.
I stopped in here because we needed a new battery. My by friends battery had a defect and was still under warranty. I took it in and both men at the counter argued that it was not a defect and refused to exchange the battery for a new one. This was not the first Napa we had issues with. Finally we found a Napa in Springfield willing to exchange and apologized for the behavior of the Napa store in cottage Grove. I guess if you need the parts go, but I'm sure you can find them somewhere else for a few bucks cheaper and friendlier staff
The other night our truck urgently needed a new battery and when we got there they where starting to close and as soon as the owner saw that we where in trouble instead of saying we're closed sorry, he was so nice that decided to help us out instead and when we bought the battery he did all the changing for us no questions asked. I highly recommend this Napa, great quality parts and they're very very helpful and treat you really good.
