We have a commercial account at this store, I stopped in tonight 12/21/2025. I was greeted at the door by Wayne a Manager holding the door ajar and smoking in the door way which is against the law, the parts guy inside was put off as he was working on a display shelf where oil treatments are. He then scoffed because he had to go to the counter yell at Wayne still smoking at the door that he was not going to be able to finish. He asked for my phone number and pulled up my account, after finding the part asked if I wanted to charge it I said no I will run under my account but I was paying cash.
He started to get an attitude and I said I would just order it in the morning or send it over via the Autozone account page. He stormed off like a 12 year old , I asked asked if we needed to have a conversation and he stated that he was going to ignore me and left me standing in the store by myself. No sight of Wayne either. I told him he can ignore me tonight but tomorrow I would be speaking with management. I never got his name so I called and got it and told him I would be speaking to Dan the regional manager in the morning.
Absolutely phenomenal experience. The closing shift crew of today 9/2/25 was amazing. We came in needing lights 5 minutes before closing and they absolutely handled our situation and got us situated in no time with big smiles and laughs. Give these lovely people a raise. 5/5 stars would comeback in a pinch in no time!
Was traveling today May 22nd, and it started to rain. The wipers on my wife's car were on their last leg. So we stopped at the Cottage Grove Autozone so I could grab new ones. Buy wipers, employee's will install. But this was not offered nor were they seemingly willing. So I was going to do it myself. It was raining pretty steadily, and I was having difficulty with the clips. There was an employee, about to make a delivery or pickup of some parts, who saw me struggling and came right up and started helping. He was kind and really helped us get back on the road quickly. His name is Jorge. From my wife, children and myself, Thank you Jorge. You are a saint.
Went there too get a simple fuse stood by the checkout for about 15 20 min finally got help from a older gentleman came from outside people inside didn't help at all just talking another worker came up I misunderstood her saying can I help you I said oh no thanks I'm being helped now she said well I was talking too another customer any way just rude I wouldn't recommend this place for any parts or good service
I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and was greeted and assisted there was no waiting it was wonderful they gave me the correct parts for a great price personnel there was very cordial Great place to go if you need any auto parts or any auto accessories
Deane (forgive the spelling) went above and beyond for me tonight! After calling 8 different auto part stores she was finally willing to help me! Give this girl a raise!
Very helpful when needed. Personally, I like a staff that kinda let's me do my thing and browse UNTIL I have an actual question or need for assistance, and this location provides lol
April greeted me, a traveling stranger as soon as I walked in.. & another guy saw the empty Dex-Cool I was carrying & quickly returned with the right one I needed. She was most helpful showing me the different funnels & then at checkout pointed to a cardboard box that was just narrow enough to store the Dex-Cool (& incidentally fit perfect in the back storage compartment in my Motorcoach). All in all I was well taken care of & headed down the road a Happy Camper.
DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS FROM THEM! They have screwed me a couple times now. The parts dont work right out of the box and they wont let you return it. The "policy" applies to all electronics so even if you pay $1000 and get the wrong part you're just stuck with it. I have been a loyal returning customer to them for years and have spent thousands of dollars there while hardly ever returning anything. Its a shame they can't extend the slightest curtesy.
I was promised the part by 3pm. The Parr will now come in the next day at 12. Very unsatisfied by salesman amd ordering process. The manager saved this review. She was very professional. My part is still late, but she made it up to me.
This AutoZone location is amazing! They are extremely helpful and go above and beyond for their customers! I was traveling and really needed to fix a few things on my car! Kevin was so helpful and friendly, it really made things so much easier! Thanks Kevin and Danielle!
Cord Chen and his associates customer service was impeccable.
Went in needing a quick fix for something small while on a long road trip that could have turned into a hazardous situation; though thanks to Mr. Chen issue was resolved quickly & I was safely on the road again!🙏🌱

I came into the store needing a battery terminal connector or cable with connector. Two employees helped me and they were very professional and helpful they found the part not problem . Dan even went out of his way to attach the connector to the cable! I mean this is the kindest thing anyone has done for me at a parts store. Thank you Autozone. Definitely recommend going in here!
Helpful employees with a good attitude. Offer tool rental which is great to not have to buy a tool youll probably only use once or twice. Will definitely go back again.
AutoZone is good, though the supply seems to be dwindling but I'm sure that's due to everything else that's going on around Oregon right now supplies seem to be diminishing everywhere you go. The employees here are helpful.

....But, Autozone uses a third party company to process its rebates. This company is a massive data collection agency. They provide the service to Autozone in exchange for ALL of YOUR personal information. The privacy policy is ridiculous...they collect everything!

Was there right when they opened and the young man helped us so fast we were in and out very fast. We needed that had to get part to get husband to work that morning.
Been in here a couple of times and the few unfortunate times I’ve had the displeasure of needing to return something, it was a complete hassle to deal with. One time I bought something at full price, the next week it went on sale, and went to return it and they would only give me a refund to the on-sale amount. I’m sorry but what? Unfortunately, this isn’t the only AutoZone like this. They are all a pain trying to complete simple tasks more times than you’d expect, and you shouldn’t have to worry about that whilst shopping somewhere. This store has a *few* nice/knowledgeable employees so they earn an extra star. However the overall AutoZone experience is what’s playing into the poor rating.
I always, ALWAYS have a pleasant experience at this AutoZone that I've NEVER received at any other car part store location in my life. I only started coming here because my brothers dad worked her for quite some time, and now I'm dedicated to this store. But today, a brand new man, Jess. R. helped me find everything right away, gave me great advice on which products to get, promptly got me checked out. And THEN he did the above and beyond, he insisted to put my wipers on my car! This is amazing service, and should be noted!! Thank you Jess!!
Terrible customer sirvice. Rude staff, and they didn’t have a clue what they were talking about. I asked for chains for my pickup. The two girls in there were really rude about how “they knew what they were talking about” insisting I show them my owners manual. Then called Chevy and asked them. Eventually they both just wandered off and left me standing there for about five minutes before I just walked out.
O’rileys asked my tire size and gave me three options.
This is just the latest of the terrible service I’ve received at autozone. Somebody needs to hire a new manager
Auto zone website is GARBAGE!
Added my vehicle to the site and began looking for ignition parts... NOT ONE IGNITION PART was for my vehicle. (2001 Dodge minivan)
These vans have used a Coil Pack Ignition Distributor for the last 4 generations of these vehicles... WHY THE HELL would you suggest and offer only a Distributor from a carbonated engine???!!!

During memorial Weekend I happened to be at this store and had a great experience with Dan Feifer, store manager.
We got into issue due to flat tire for my vehicle and went to this store for checking some solution. Dan was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help us and fix the issue.
He himself fixed the flat tire and spent lot of time to make sure everything works!!i
Even his didn't take any charge and it was a great experience!! I greatly appreciate his help..
We could drive back to Portland easily with his help.
