Tow driver Nick Taylor, went above expected service when helping me get help and repair for my road hazard encounter recently. His calm manner and accommodating, no hurry style was very appreciated. He is careful and listened to all my concerns before loading the car. Not the experience I’ve had with other companies. Hope I don’t have to; but I will call them without hesitation in the future!

Prince's Towing was such a huge help after my car accident. They were on top of everything and always offered to help in any way they could. They were so helpful in both transportation of my vehicle and working with my insurance. Super efficient and professional service. I would recommend them to anyone needing any sort of towing services!!
This tow company has great service! They have wonderful pricing. Owners and employees are so nice and communicate well. They’ve helped me get into my car which I locked myself out of. And I’ve known them to help tow people I know when they need it. Also I am a dispatcher with the Warm Springs police department and they are always my number one choice when we need an assist with a tow! They are more than eager to go even when it’s further out!
Scheduled a tow thru AAA 24/7 roadside assistance around 5:30PM. At 7:30PM we were called by AAA, after calling these guys with no answer, and were told we would not be picked up because it was after hours. Disappointed to say the least, not sure what happened.

They however aren't equipped to handle extremely heavy stuff though. Can't hold that against them since there's not too many places that can handle that kind of stuff. Overall great people that work with you.
Ron and his team are the best in this business in my opinion. My driver was involved in an accident on Hwy 26 (mp 109) in the snow, 29k boom truck totaled. He sent his guys out and fired up his big wrecker in no time. Need it hauled back to PDX and because of the weather,it won't get there for a day or two and no storage fee!!! Prices are very reasonable and easy on the account in these times. From one blue-collar man to another, Ron, you have done a good job! Go with Prince's towing for what ever recovery you need!!!
We broke down in the middle of nowhere with no phone service. We called 911 for help. Was told it would take 80 minutes for tow to arrive. Kevin showed up within 25 minutes or less. He was awesome! He made a bad situation so much better. Thank you Kevin! We will be requesting Prince's Towing if we ever need them again.
