Broke down in a lane on hwy97 at 6pm on a rainy Monday. Andrew jumped in his truck and picked us up. Full size F250 with 30 foot toy hauler. Got em both and drove us home. Very polite and responsive team. He handled that truck like a pro and dropped both truck and toyhauler right where we wanted them. I highly recommend the hardworking team at Redline towing

This company is incredible. We found ourselves needing a truck hauling a truck and trailer towed to Klamath Falls so we can make it back home. They answered in the first ring on a Saturday evening. Showed up Sunday morning on time and got us safely where we needed to be. Highly recommend.

Andrew with Redline towing definitely impressed me today! I called him because I knew I needed a skilled driver to tow my 36’ trailer. He went above and beyond what I expected. The area he moved the trailer to, is a very tight fit, and it took some time and dedication to get it right where I needed it to be. Even when I asked him to pull forward and go to the left about half a foot- he jumped in his truck and did it without hesitation. If you ever find yourself having vehicle issues and you are south of Mount Hood and north of Bend Oregon these are the guys that will get your situation under control. I dealt with Andrew when I needed parts for my vintage Jeep grand cherokee. He happened to have one the exact same year and engine but it's. Motor had been overheated and it was going to end up being crushed as scrap metal. When I told him that I had the same year Jeep and I needed parts to keep mine on the road be jumped into action and pulled the parts I needed thus keeping my Grand Cherokee alive and we'll for I hope at least another decade. Above and beyond the call of duty I would say. Thank you to Andrew and the crew at Redline towing. Honest and true to their word.

Andrew picked us up in the dead of night when no one else would come. He was kind to not only us but also our dogs. He even ran the code on my truck to identify the issue. His service was 100/10 a true life saver . I can't recommend redline enough.

Our Jeep broke down about 20 miles north of Madras in the middle of the night on a long journey home. The next morning, Redline helped us get the Jeep off the highway and to a safe space to load it onto the transport trailer we rented, they even helped us load it onto the trailer and made sure we were good to go. And the price was reasonable. There was difficulty finding the Jeep, but the tow driver worked through it with us and was willing to wait for us to get back. Many tow companies will take advantage of you, Redline clearly wants to help. If I break down in Central Oregon again, Redline will be the first I call.

He went out of his way to let me stay in his yard while we figured out what was going on. As a traveler I couldn’t have met a more perfect person. He was very open and kind. My work truck blew a head gasket and I needed it towed from Redmond to Prineville. They showed up to load the truck quicker than expected and took great care getting it on the deck. We had some space constraints due to where the truck was parked. They easily and quickly got it out of the parking spot and on the truck with great care. Their attitudes are great as well! Lots of positivity was spread during the interaction.

Great response time and fantastic service. This tow company was able to be dispatched to me after AAA couldn’t get any local tow companies in Redmond or Prineville to answer the phone late on a Sunday night. Their dispatch time was SUPER impressive once AAA contacted them and drove up from Madras to help. They took great care of my lifted 3/4 ton Dodge and even placed it in my driveway for me. I am so thankful for this tow company! I called everywhere, no one would answer, or it was super expensive, or wasnt able to pick up my car due to scheduling issues, i called Les Schwabs and they referred me to this company. When i called the tow truck driver he was ready and willing to come get my car from Warm Springs and tow it to the mechanic shop in Madras. The Redline truck driver was professional, friendly, great customer service, was patient and understanding (waited for me to come from work to meet him at my home). Had the paperwork ready and even aired up the flat tire on my car at no extra cost! The price was affordable for the tow, especially with how the pricing was for other to companies!
