They were so kind!! From the woman answering the phone and scheduling to the men picking up our old vehicles… a really seamless experience. They picked up six cars to salvage and we are so grateful
North Valley scrap came to take junk cars and tractors from our property. They shorted us considerably. Only sending us scrap metal for four of the six vehicles from the property. Multiple calls have been made to them with no resolution. Very dishonest people. I have called North Valley scrap on five different occasions to follow up about the initial payment. It was short. 9000 pounds for a tractor. 5400 pounds for a van.. When I call them at this point, the number says “ We are not accepting messages at this time.”and “ The voicemail is full.” It has been more than 2 1/2 months trying to get basic responses and them to pay what they’ve owed to me. All with the possibility that they could come back and take hundreds of thousands of pounds of more metal from our property. With no way to contact them, there’s no way to resolve the issue without involving police in the courts. Thankfully, I have pictures of their staff loading every vehicle from my property and leaving our property.
I was in a pretty bad spot when my truck caught fire. It was in the middle of the road blocking fire trucks ability to get up to where they needed. I made a quick call to Josh (whom was a firefighter in the past; thank you!) and he came to the rescue. He came asap and hauled my truck away.
He could’ve said no thanks but was there when needed.

Will not be using or recommending this company. We called to have 2 vehicles picked up and were told we would be contacted to set up a time. No one contacted us and when we called on that weekend we explained the situation and and were told they were understaffed which is understandable but that someone would be out between 11 and 12. At 12:30 when Noone showed we called back and someone told us that they that would leave shortly. We waited all afternoon and Noone showed up or attempted to call us. We attempted to call and Noone answered the phone.
Josh and Treyton were very helpful and were in the middle of a job. Went out of there way to take care of me. Can't say thank you enough ! Really appreciate there service.
If I could leave them zero stars, I would! The office lady is extremely rude and hung up on me while I was trying to get a situation figured out. Then another tow truck driver showed up and started yelling in my face and I had to call the police. I do NOT recommend using this company if you can avoid it!
Do not even waste your breath calling this business. He agreed to remove abandoned rvs off of property … even told me he had done the asbestos testing (he had not) and ghosted me… I used Western States Environmental for prompt, efficient and legal removal of the old rvs.
This guy Josh Smith North Valley Recycling doesn't even deserve a one star rating, he thinks it's funny that he took our RV home and he laughed when he said after 15 days that he gets too crush our RV home. His tow truck wasn't rated heavy enough to tow our RV. I am not giving u on getting our RV out and I am looking for a lawyer too get him to lose his tow license
I would never recommend this freaking place to anyone....first they rob my friend by slamming her into her 5th wheel when she grabbed her purse the law says 30 days to grab personal belongings!! The owner tried to pull a gun on my husband !!!!!
Don’t count on these guys following through. I tried for 3-weeks to get them to pick a an abandoned RV on my property. I sent th pictures of the situation before he agreed to pick it up. He knew the time line we were on. He did go out once but didn’t check notes first and took a truck that couldn’t handle the job. Said he would go back in a couple days and
Never went. After several messages both text and voice mails he just ghosted me.Probably blocked my number because he stopped answering his phone. It ended up costing my twice as much because someone had to come in on and immediate call and get it removed.. If you want someone reliable call 2 Guys 1 Truck, LLC they are great, quick and most of all reliable.
I called them on the phone. They were rude even used cus words.. The law states I have 30 days to get personal items out of car. They gave me 15 and told me they would not give me my things from My car unless I brought them the title and $250.00. If I had that kind of money I would have got my car the first day. I called them that day. Told me I was worthless for leaving my car. I didn't I spoke to the store manager at Dollar general and spoke to someone everyday. They said it was fine not to worry. Then my car was towed. By this disrespectful company in White city. 30 miles from the Dollar General store. It was at.
Up front and honest people, fair pricing and very informative, will use and recommend them for any and all hauling and scrapyard service. 5 star information and service - thank you !
