Used to be my favorite place' they had all kinds of material new and used in stock for reasonable prices and helpful knowledgable staff. That's no longer the case. In the past few years they have not had what I needed in stock more than a handful of times they almost always have to order it. It's really disappointing that they've gone downhill so far. It's almost not even worth going there anymore. Hopefully they get it together soon.

Crooks! I went in about a month ago to scrap some aluminum rims that weigh 30 lbs. Each. They're scale said each rim weighed 19 lbs. I go to collect the cash from the office. I get in there and the two guys behind the desk or searching for their invoice books and all over the place and doing anything but paying attention to anybody at the counter until we had to say something. then they told us that they couldn't hand me that much cash and that they would have to mail me a check and it would be mailed out on Monday. Yesterday i go in to inquire, as I'm standing in line i watch the desk clerk hand the guy in front of me over $80. When it was my turn i get about half way through my first sentence and was immediately cutoff and told to talk to someone else. The guy wouldn't even hear me out and was completely rude. I get the impression that i will never see that money. I left a message for lady in the office. Will update review if she calls back.

Yes they are very friendly. BUT I have been waiting to receive 2 checks from them for over 3 mo this now.

I use them guite often when I am doing my little projects. I only use small pieces, weighting 10 to a 100 lbs. I usually buy out of their bone yard and it has served me well. I get the metal cut there for a minimal price and save a lot of time.

First time there and everyone was nice and they had what I wanted also they have a lot to choose from

Cleaned out our Tech room and sold 100lbs. of useless and obsolete cables to Rogue Metals. Thanks to Tanner for his advice on clipping the connectors to increase price per pound.

My husband is an artist. He works mainly in metal, hence our trips to Rogue Metals. They are very helpful and usually stock what he needs from rolled steel to metal rod. If they don't have it in stock, they order it for him. They are our "go-to" place.

I have been a customer of this location since The Greek owned it. Over the last few years it has made great strides in becoming more user friendly. I take loads of metal I accumulate to be scrapped, and they provide great service. I have seen the yard steel go from .25 cents a pound when the price of steel started climbing it started going up. But with most businesses I have never seen it go down when metal prices dropped. The current owners really seem to have made an effort to be customer oriented, and the yard guys do provide me with good service. The office personnel are always helpful and willing to take my money with a smile. Whether it is Yard Steel or metal, or new stock they have always had what I have needed for the projects that I might be working on.

Bought the sliding barn door. Medal rod was to long. Took it there they cut it to the length I needed. Did a great job. Only cost me $3.00. Will keep them in mind for some other things I have in mind to do. Thank you

We brought scrap wires from our house Copper Wires with insulation still on They helped unload it. Weighed it and gave us .98 cents per pound / cash ! As you pull in off Crater Lake Highway — turn right to recycle and left to buy and collect $ after getting ticket for items recycled

When I called asking for some specific material Adam was very helpful over the phone and when I showed up he took the time to walk around and show me where everything was at. Craig was super helpful in pulling and helping load items on my trailer. Everyone I met with was professional and helpful I will definitely be back.

Appreciate the great customer service and the reasonable prices they have for items we can't find anywhere else.

I go in there probably about once a month if not more and I've never had any issue. They always seem ready to help and grab whatever I need.

Worst customer service i havd ever seen!! Was there for an hr and a half and i knew exactly what i wanted..... didnt even cut my pieces to the correct length!!

This place only wants to sell you what they feel like. I wouldn't go there if you need less than a full sheet of steel, because if you need only a part of a sheet, they'll only sell a full sheet, then gladly charge to cut off what you need. I won't be going there again

If you need anything metal, check White City Metals first. I needed several pieces of aluminum angle in 2 different sizes for a project. I priced the angle at the big box stores and a couple of the larger hardware stores, and was looking at around $90. On the way home, I saw the White City Metals sign and dropped in. Seriously - 10 minutes later I left with all of the aluminum angle I needed, cut to length, for a total of $21. That's huge! Everyone there has always been friendly and helpful. They'll treat you right! Stop on by and check out what they have. You just might be surprised.
