They recommended parts cleaner to remove hardened tree sap from my windshield. It works great. A little contact time soaks it right off. Would not have guessed to use that!

Awesome customer service! Jon even came out to peak at the truck we are driving home for next 2.5 hours to see why white smoke maybe coming out of engine. You guys are awesome.

Great auto parts store, the guys and gals at the counter are super friendly and helpful. You can tell this is the local gear head hangout. They have just about everything you need including hydraulic fittings!

Everytime I go here I tell the guys what I need or want and not all of them but a couple try to tell me basically I don't know what I need I think cause I'm a girl. If I have to go to Napa I prefer to order online then pick it up later

I was traveling loaded down heavy and broke an axle bearing. I got towed to this Napa as they had the bearing in stock. The employees were very kind and the gentleman who helped me knew the ford rear end I was running as soon as he saw the part number. Nice folks. Classic car knowledge. Very much appreciated the help.

The parts associate I spoke to was an absolute badass. My truck had a terrible rod knock I wasn't sure what to do. The guy came out and used his scan tool on my truck even though he assured me the tool wouldn't tell me which cylinder, but I really wanted to try anyway. after he pointed me in the direction of all the discounted fluids I needed, and was just an all around good person to interact with.

So helpful. Price was better then I was expecting and the nice gentleman at the counter gave my son the washer he needed to finish fixing his wagon. Thanks for everything!!!

I like shopping this store - BUT these yahoos think covid can't be spread inside their store. NO ONE was wearing a mask. Sorry, but I will just wait a few days for parts in the future and order online. So much for supporting local business, they couldn't care less about the health of the community.

All of the guys that work here provide the BEST customer service that I've experienced in a long time. I'm always asked if they can help me find something, they carry bigger items out to my truck, they take time to look things up....Great Staff.

Santos seriously deserves a raise 10 times over. Our vanagon broke down, not once but twice right near the Napa Auto in La Pine and he has gone well out of his way to help us more than he needed to. I wish he was near us so we could visit him daily. Next step is to find a corporate number to tell them how much we appreciate him!!

This is a great car parts store in town that has the right part for the right price. They’re not over priced and the stuff on the shelf is available in the right quantities. Their selections of oil for my truck was right on cause I needed high mileage and I needed rear diff oil and they had 3 different types to choose from. They know how to keep old trucks on the road. Nice kind people who will help you out, no matter what…

I was camping at Wickiup Reservoir and had radiator trouble. My trouble began about 10 miles before I got there. My buddy who works in Eugene brought me a radiator and everything we could think of. Unbeknownst to me I didn't realize that Ford had a special tool to remove the transmission cooler lines. Now what? I'm a GM man and had the tools for GM with me. I called to see if they had the special tool there. Tyler said they did and I told him that I am stuck and had no way to come get it. I asked if someone could bring it. He pondered for a bit and said that he would after he ended his shift. What a blessing! Tyler went way above the call of duty. I was so pleased that someone would take time to help a complete stranger. Dave, the manager should be proud of him and the rest of his crew. Tyler, Dave thanks for being there. What a great bunch of people!

Dont trust part store employees to diagnose your problem. They tested my battery and told me it was bad, so I bought another battery only to have the same issue the next morning. I went back and asked them to check my old battery again. Surprise it had a full charge and the new employee told me it probably would have worked for at least another year. Problem was now "I couldn't return the new battery since it was installed'. Okay, my mistake for trusting they knew what they were doing the first time, but my biggest problem was they just didn't seemed that concerned that they sold me a battery I didn't really need.

These people are great! The know what they are doing and know what they are talking about. They are very helpfull. I have NEVER had any issues with them. Prices are a bit high, but you get what you pay for. Good quality parts. The company i used to work for only uses this parts store, and a few mobile diesel mechanics that i know. Keep up the good work NAPA!

They were INSANELY knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. All of the staff made sure to check in with us as we made multiple rounds through the store and used all avenues necessary to help us diagnose AND fix our problem. We are very grateful for this facility and its staff.
