Marlin and his lil furry sidekick, Timber, sure know how to show up in a pinch and change the mood of a bad situation. I am so grateful to have connected with High Lakes Towing after my accident. They were all such kind and helpful individuals, and I felt like my truck was well handled and kept safe throughout the whole process.
Honestly, the interactions and service I had with Marlin gave me renewed hope for this world and humanity. Marlin went above and beyond to help my family. My wife and dog and I broke down post camping trip in the middle of nowhere - highway 97. Marlin came, started helping me troubleshooting and worked my radiator on my dodge ram. His kindness was our guardian angel as he went above and beyond: He followed us to the gas station , kept troubleshooting and got things stabilized, taking time, and patience to teach me and coach me about my vehicle and fix the overheating issue. Even after that, he followed us up 58 to make sure the truck didn’t continue to overheat. He could have just towed us and charged us for that service, but he took time to genuinely save the day, and help out in such a kind and thoughtful manner. I’m still blown away by Marlins help and kindness. I can not recommend this company enough. Thank you so much Marlin!
Do not use their service. They extremely expensive. They charge 550 per hour. Charge me 1871$ to pull me out from the snow. He was wanted to charge me 2900$ 60 miles from La pine. Tried to change me for 5 hours
Was in a 2010 acura. Had a blow out on a tire around 1 and needed a 56mile tow to la pine. Turns out we woke him up, but he still decided to come out and get us and it was the night of thanksgiving too. He is a really nice dude and is very entertaining with conversation. I would recommend him to everyone near La Pine!

If I could leave an 6/5 review I would. Marlin saved our butt's today. We were hunting, deep in the Deschutes forest, when one of our ball joints completely broke on our truck. Thank you so much Marlin and High Lakes Towing.
We got our 26 ft RV stuck on a remote fire road. The exhaust pipe got bent and we were almost out of fuel since we got lost. Luckily we had cell service and these angels found us. They drove 90 minutes to get to us. They brought fuel and cut off the bent exhaust pipe. They guided us back to t he main road.
This towing Company is a fast, efficient, professional , family business. I highly recommend them. I needed a middle of the night rescue and they came quickly and charged a reasonable rate.
