Lauren is an ANGEL!!! Don't doubt this! My husband and I were STRANDED between Sisters and Suttle Lake when our truck threw the serpentine belt. Fortunately for us we were able to pull over off of Highway 20 and landed at the gravel pull off on the road that leads to Camp Sherman. What a lucky break for us. We were off the Highway BUT we were towing our travel trailer and after a couple of conversations with AAA we found out we didn't have our travel trailer listed on our membership. So, they wouldn't help us with the travel trailer. Ugh! This is when we talked to Lauren at Oregon Towing & Transport LLC.. YAY LAUREN!!! He called and he arranged to rescue us from our current situation and towed us back to our house. Lauren was SO FRIENDLY and put my mind at ease when this trial was putting my nerves on edge. He went over and above with stories of his doggies and his life as he drove back to our house. On the way home he said that he could also have towed our trailer but we made arrangements with a friend to tow that back to our house. I don't normally leave reviews but THIS experience warranted it! People need to know about this company and especially Lauren with his kind and gentle nature. Lauren, YOU'RE THE BEST! THANK YOU!

Casey came within 20 minutes to replace my flat with the spare. Went out of his way to help, even though he’d been heading home. He was knowledgeable, gave me some tips, and got me on my way. Definitely recommend him and have his card for the future! Fabulous service. Thank you!

Garret picked me up a few miles outside Mitchell at 12:30 AM, super clutch after getting a double flat. Incredibly appreciative that I did not have to spend the night on the highway!

Casey was very personable and professional, I’m very grateful for his help. My car was stuck at Paulina lake leaking and unable to drive. Casey showed up in less than an hour and saved the day! We were towing a travel trailer when our Honda Pilot broke down in La Pine. Casey saved the day by steering us to a good mechanic & then moving our trailer to the hotel. So polite, professional and friendly. We can’t thank you enough Casey. We’d give you 10 stars if we could. Highly recommend.

Loren was super communicative of when he would be to our pick up and delays getting there because of traffic. He took us from Sisters to Salem. He was very nice and talkative throughout our trip which made it nice and relaxing during a stressful time.

Riding with garet my long ass day seem not so bad. Left la pine at 3pm got home at 330am. Had a blown head gasket and limped it home (overheated like 25 times). They got there rather fast for coming from lapine. Garet was a cool dude and made my nightmare for a day, pretty decent at the end.

My water pump went out on me on the way to Sunriver, I called Central Oregon towing and transport! thank goodness! Loren came out to help me with the best attitude and communication! Not only did he have the best attitude, they were on time and great to work with! Thankyou again, if I ever get in a situation again, we’ll be calling you!

The diesel in my truck gelled during our recent cold snap. Casey volunteered to buy and deliver a diesel additive between his calls. I was able to get it running but was super impressed with his willingness to go above and beyond to help a client. I will definitely call him if I have an emergency in Central Oregon.

Casey has been an incredibly nice and efficient driver. Our van broke down in the middle of nowhere and Casey got here fast, organized everything with the insurance company and drove us to our destination with a good atmosphere. Definitely recommend !

A BIG thank you goes out to Casey! Last week my trailer tire blew on hwy 97. I was with my 5 month old son, 4 year old daughter and pup. AAA put me in touch with Oregon Towing and Casey showed up not even 30 mins later to save the day. Casey not only fixed the trailer tire but also helped bring light to the stressful/scary situation for my 4 year old, and myself. Casey was professional, friendly, and personable. Great service! My toyota tacoma broke down outside of Bend, OR a couple of days ago. I realized I wasn't going anywhere and needed a tow. I called Oregon Towing & Transport since the company had 5 stars ?. Casey said he could be there in 10 minutes. Awesome! Casey introduced himself. He was friendly, personable and professional. Casey hooked up my truck and took me to the mechanic I picked out. Then he took me to my hotel and I couldn't be more grateful. I highly recommend Casey and his company. He matches prices with the local towing companies in the area and he's just a good guy all around. Best towing service in Bend.

I have been RVING FOR 45 years and have many experiences with towing services.I can say unconditionally that Casey @ Oregon towing is by far the best experience I have ever had! Casey has excellent communication skills and technical knowledge and is focused on pleasing the customer while taking the time to make sure the job is done right. He “babied” my $300,000 Airstream Atlas motorhome with no problems. I would highly recommend him for all your towing needs. Incidentally,he has a very pleasant, positive demeanor.

Top notch service. We attempted to use our alleged premium roadside service only to be told that nobody could get to us for 15 hours. We searched for a 24hr company in the next closest town and found Casey. He was out to the car in a flash at 11pm. Fair price and excellent above-n-beyond service making sure the car was delivered to the shop and the older kids got back to their lodging safely. You never want to need a tow truck on a road trip, but guys like Casey are who you want if the need arises.

Best towing experience I've had. The pricing was reasonable, especially given the high quality of service provided. Casey provided excellent customer service, maintaining clear and friendly communication throughout the process. He made a stressful situation much easier to handle. This is 6 months too late after promising I'd write this review. I was stranded in La Pine after my EV ran out of juice and nowhere else to charge. He was the first one I called, sounded reasonable but wanted to make sure I was getting a good deal. And he was and then some. It was already after 1 am but he was quick to arrive. Genuine nice and all-around good guy. He made you feel at ease. And for those who may be wondering, yes he may not have a flat bed but he reassured me that he could do a better job at towing it with his set-up. He knows his stuff like an artisan. The trip to Bend was not long and he could have just left me there to charge my car at the Walmart parking lot, but no he stayed around to make sure I was all set-up, the charging station was working, and that I have enough juice to work with before finally going home. Many stories were exchanged and it got so late that we even got a sighting of a wolf roaming. He spent so much time with me his other half had to keep calling to make sure he was okay. While I never got the reimbursement from the car company as hoped for after the fact, I must say that Casey was the right person I needed given my situation. Because of this, I was still able to make it to my early morning tour at Crater Lake hours later. And what a treat it was. Thanks Casey! I was filled with so much gratitude for the above-and-beyond hospitality and customer service, I paid him more than what we had originally agreed (and he gave me a deal to start). I'm glad we still have guys like Casey who can restore your faith in humanity while getting the job done right. I wish him continued success in his business and maybe he will make that battery charging idea happen someday :) If you're reading this and still wondering, yes he's the right man for the job no doubt. Called because our semi truck was stuck in a light snow area and brakes were locked due to ice. After talking to him and showing pics, he jumped on the job and got our truck unstuck. Will use him again in the future. Recommended to anyone needing help in the La Pine area. He does not have a heavy wrecker but still took the job for us . Thank you from the Platinum Team

Casey really saved us when we were stuck by the highway. AAA never showed up after hours of waiting and Casey came quickly and towed us to Bend like a true professional. I was stranded at Crater Lake National Park, which is nearly two hours away from the nearest city, Medford. Casey was the only person willing to help us, and I can't thank him enough. Not only is he friendly and enthusiastic, but he went above and beyond without a hint of complaint. Getting to Crater Lake, especially in such cold, wet, and rainy weather, is no easy feat.
