Had to get a car out of their storage lot that sat for 2 days, they over charged us 2 extra days storage fee. Not a very honest company when they told me the cost to retrieve the car and when I got there to retrieve the car charged me extra days. Not a company I will use again and to top it off was not a friendly person to deal with!
Blew a tire heading out of town on a Sunday night and New’s Towing responded before USAA could even locate a business available. It was a very short wait for the driver to arrive and he was quick to get the vehicle loaded on the flatbed and towed to the nearest Les Schwab for drop off. I don’t get towed often so I can’t compare service to other companies but if you’re looking for quick and reliable, New’s Towing proved themselves trustworthy.
New’s towing is wonderful! They rushed over to help when I needed them. A small amount of damage Occurred when pulling my car off truck due to my car being locked and unable to roll. They offered to repair. This is an ethical company! Five stars!

My son was in an accident, the first thing the guy did was make sure he was okay before he would even touch the car. Then chatted with him to try to keep him calm.
Then we had a lot to figure out with getting the car from the tow yard and when, there was some back and fourth with that. And the guy who answered was always so friendly and amazing as well. You are my first choice should I ever need a tow again, thank you so much!
I was involved. In an accident two days ago. On top of that. I locked myself out of my running truck. Tracy stopped to check on us and rescued me as he opened my vehicle and wouldn't let me arrange payment for saving me from a long wait. He is an amazing man. They towed my wrecked vehicle and when I called on Sunday to see if I could get a personal necessary item from my vehicle (my credit card and driver's license) i was told I'd be charged a 50$ gate fee or could wait till Monday morning at 8am to enter. Well, I chose the Monday morning option not only because I didn't have 50$ dollars to spare, but also because I was stranded and starving in the next town over without a way to pay for anything until Monday and I even told her that but she sounded annoyed at me and wasn't empathetic or helpful in any way.
This company was incredible. The tow driver showed up almost exactly when I was told he would. He was incredibly friendly, quick, and efficient. He shared the history of Highway 26 with me while taking my car to my house. Overall, if I ever need a tow again, without question it will be with New’s!
Very comforting, nice, patient, reasonable pricing, the tow truck driver was more concerned with getting our kids out of the cold then anything else highly recommend
