Great people. Had problems on my way home, was able to borrow tools to pull a good chunk of the engine apart and the team here helped provide what they could to help
I haven't had a lot of luck finding parts here lately for my 2002 Honda Odyssey and 1948 Dodge Custom, but they do try and help find parts, even going to the extent of letting you know where they might be found locally. And I love the fact that I get a AAA discount when I buy parts there.
Dennis doesn't excellent job managing this store. He's taking care of me everywhere he worked. I'm glad he landed here. I hope he sticks around and management takes care of him very well!
Friendly professional staff. I appreciate that they installed my wiper blades especially since it started raining really hard during installation. The poor guy got soaked but kept a smile on his face.
Gave us the WRONG part...and when asked if anything else was needed they said no...got home part was wrong plus no gasket...had to go back...to get the right part and gasket..never again
Stopped in hoping for the "pro" tool but expecting the "regular" one. Found the "regular" one, took it to the counter, was offered the "pro" one that was on a special shelf. Left with the "pro" tool I was hoping to find.
I have a Mahindra Diesel Tractor and I had a need to find various filters for it and I stopped in to see if Napa had them in stock. I have to say that these guys behind the counter made a real effort to find the filters I needed, but only found a fuel filter in their stock.....I appreciate the effort these guys made to find these filters and will return.
I really don't understand any negative reviews here?
I will never do business here again most unfriendly Service I have ever had at a napa, I will drive to Oregon city if I need parts from now on also they are more expensive then Oregon city napa and not worth your time just drive alittle further and get treated right
