Fast , friendly , service . they had the part in stock I wanted . very helpful . they even loan out specialized tools for specific technical mechanic jobs. If they don't have what you need they can usually tell you where you can get it.

Thank you to the great staff at O'Reilly's Auto parts in Molalla Oregon. They tested a used alternator for me. Found out it was in good working order. Now I can get back on the road. Great customer service from all the guys working there. I'm a very happy customer. 5 out of 5 stars.

Needed new windshield wipers on my old 2002 truck. Staff helped me decide which brand I wanted. Being a short, older female, they were even kind enough to installed them for me right after I bought them!

I don't go to the auto parts store often but this is my favorite in town. They have what I need when I need it. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm never afraid to ask a "silly" question or ask for advice.

Very helpful people. They used a OBD 2 scanner that would read ABS codes on a Plymouth PT Cruiser. Where my code reader wouldn't. Also they have a nice selection of rental tools.

The last three times I’ve been in the store three separate employees follow me around the store. They don’t ask if I need anything they just watch me as if I’m gonna steal something. Not sure they’ve been having a lot of theft lately, but I probably won’t go back for a while.

Great helpful local auto parts store. They stay open late to serve customers. Everybody I've ever dealt with in this store is knowledgeable and has experience when you go over to Napa it's the in mollala its the blind leading the blind

I don’t normally write reviews for auto supply stores since my husband usually handles car stuff for us but when my new driver & I jumped in the car today to get school supplies we were met with a faulty wiper blade on a rainy day so made a pit stop for O’Reillys. In the aisle, we were met w/ some exceptional customer service by Josh, who saw us using the device to locate the right blades & kindly offered to look that up at the register for us. We took him up on the offer &, once there, he quickly located what we needed, shared that it was buy one get one free & offered to install them. My kid thought we didn’t need help but then, when we were outside in the rain at his car with wet instructions in hand (& Josh had come out to assist another customer with a check engine light scan), Josh quickly recognized that we changed out mind so multi-tasked & had our blades replaced, literally, in seconds flat so we were now to get out of the rain & on our way. In an age where good help seems to be very hard to come by, by my kid & I were super impressed by this representative’s genuine care & concern, & desire to go above & beyond. Good hire, O’Reillys. I hope you take good care of employees like this & all your employees so that these great small town values remain alive & well & help make impressions on communities’ members as to what goodness is still possible! Jeff was such a huge help to me today. My car has been stored for a few years which resulted in moisture and unfortunately mold. Feeling defeated I went in and asked for a good product to help clean it up. Jeff gave me a product he had on hand that he doesn't even sell. It was his own personal cleaning product. He refused to let me pay him He then advised me on how to remove the odor with bounce dryer sheets! Bonus!! I then asked about antenna and he went to the shelf and went out to my car and installed it before I had even paid for it. He didn't try to sell me anything but went above and beyond and he earned a loyal customer because of his acts of kindness..

Editing my review from a few years ago. All the crew that made it special is gone now. Customer service is beyond down, I get sold the wrong parts more often than I would like if they can even find them in the system. Went in today and got reminded of why I drive further to other oreilleys when im in the area.

They had what we needed but staff said they didn't. My husband explained what he was looking for the young man said I don't think we carry that. My husband asked if they had other types. The young man took him there. The 1st item was what we needed. The young man responded "dude". Like the store, just look for your self if you can. Or ask one of the more experienced sale staff.

Great place! If they don't have the part you need they will order it. Fast friendly staff will help you find what you need. If they don't have it they will send you to someone that does. And you get a warranty on your parts purchases.

This is a great store I broke down out side of it the other night and the two gentle men in side where very helpful and knowledgeable. One even came out and took a look at my truck help me figure out what was wrong and got me the parts need to be t it fixed. It was a great experience we laughed and joked the whole time. (Minded I was there for several hours lol)q

Found a quart of oil on sale, purchased and left. Realized when I got home I got charged full price. Took it back and explain the situation. "The system automatically updates prices" I said that's fine but it was posted at a sale price can I get the difference back. "The system automatically updates" I will be going to Carquest from now on!

Favorite place to go for parts. Everyone there will actually put in the effort to make sure you get what you need and want. They make sure that you understand what your going to get and I enjoy going here to get my parts. Bill and Clifford are two guys that for sure know what good customer service can do.

Wow. I came in with what I thought was Dead battery. Turns out it wasn't dead but on the last leg of it's life. After installing the new one and still having issues the manager helped me read a wiring diagram and told me how to troubleshoot it. He went above and beyond the call of his job to help me out and MADE my night. To say that I'm impressed would be an understatement. You've earned a customer for life!!!!!!

Came in to see if they had an engine light tester. They were able to figure out my check engine light and made some recommendations that were very helpful. Great customer service. Five stars.

2 men behind counter and both are focused on one customer. EVEN AFTER THE CUSTOMER LEFT THE STORE. I'm still standing there... "Bill" was all I got out of their conversation. Still no help. Going elsewhere.. I am female Air my experience at all Reilly auto parts in malolla was Sexist and poor customer service

Great Service!! We visited the store on a Sunday night to purchase a set of jumper cables to solve one problem. We encountered Bill and Quinn, who were both very helpful. We returned to the dead vehicle and managed to create another problem--a radiator hose fitting on the jumper vehicle--my Toyota--broke off while we were attempting to retrieve a fallen flashlight. Now we had the dead commercial truck we were trying to jump, AND a leaking Toyota we couldn't drive. We were also about 40 miles from home at 6:45pm on a rainy miserable night. In desperation, I called the store to see if they had the Toyota part. They did, and Quinn, one of the employees on duty, went far above and beyond just telling us the part was there. He purchased it with his own funds and delivered the part to us. Then, using his own tools, he helped my partner install the hose in the dark in the pouring rain. I called his boss and told him whatever he's being paid, it's not enough!! Kudos to Quinn and this O'Reilly's location for going the extra mile!!
