Bought a radiator and paid to have it put on my car butt the drain plug is missing
Never again and he plugged up his personal phone up to the business computer while paying with a credit card NEVER AGAIN
Don't recommend if you actually know anything about cars. It's ridiculous that you can't get the parts yourself and that you pay beforehand, it's a gamble. Egos get in the way of your business too.
Got the parts I needed Very friendly & helpful staff & it DIDN'T take very long for them to find/PULL said parts EITHER They had us on our way in less than 35 min!!! AWESOME
Warning-I bought a transmission it showed up 4 weeks late when we checked the fluid it was burned a junk transmission we tried to get a refund and the first phone call they said they were going to check into it and get back to me after that call they would not answer my calls or emails I paid 1000.00 for a junk transmission and now they haven’t even returned a call or email Buyer Beware

I sat in the parking lot and never went in. So, based on my limited first experience I give them 5 stars because their property was clean, not junked out, scenery was pleasant/easy on the eyes, and it was well surrounded by shade which created a perfect temperature to sit with the windows down. I bet during the summer it's fairly cool compared to other places if you will have people waiting in the vehicle.
I'll definitely go here again and go inside next time.
Called to find out about a transmission and the guy acted like he couldn't hear andnthen laughed when asked if he was listening and then hung up. AWFUL customer service.
Jeff Miller says they give very good service and stand behind their warranties. Very pleasant to work with. And very willing to help with any part or question you may have.
