I was concerned that selling my vehicle like this would be a shady experience but Copart did everything they said they would and the experience was good.
I was given a price of $422 for an old car. Called back to have them come pick it up (out of US call center) and was transferred to answer the same questions 5 times. I asked to speak with a manager after 5 times. I was then informed that it was a one day price and now they will only give $188. Save yourself the time and trouble. I sold it to a local company
Definitely would use them again. They got it scheduled super fast for the day after I had the title notarized. The only downside was I was told a pick up time for the day and it was delayed twice, they then said they weren’t supposed to give pick up times which was a bit inconvenient. I did end up having to take the day off but the pickup driver was very nice and once he arrived it was super quick.

The process began okay but before everything was completed I was mentally exhausted. Cash for Cars did not give all pertinent information that was needed to sell my daughter’s car, so, there was a lot of back & forth. They would also transfer me to Copart, who they do business with and copart would send me right back to cash for cars because cash for cars did not do everything they needed to do on their end. I tried speaking with the same representative but they would never let me speak with that person…so, I had to repeat the same information way too many times. Very frustrating & annoying. Will definitely try another company next time…but hopefully there will not be a next time!
After submitting the online form I spoke with Ummi and Rajesh who were very informative. The man for the tow service that was sent out to pick up my daughter's Fiat was very nice and on time. I appreciate the cash for cars service.

Well after selling two cars here now, I will share my overall experience with everyone based on first hand experiences. The Selling process was average at best. Between combative customer service representatives and False statements. I was finally able to sell my car. So unfortunately I will not be returning for a future 3rd time. So please read this and heed my word of caution if anything.
Waste of time. They'll tell you the steps to take to sell you're car to them then as soon as you complete those steps they will tell you you did it wrong and waste your time. I was told if I had a notarized title I could sell my car without it being in my name completely. I got the title notarized with my name on the back and they told me I did it wrong. That I was supposed to get my name on the title and notarize it to sell it to them. You're not even legally supposed to get a title notarized without both parties. Would not recommend this company. They are a waste of time.
Easy and quick! I had a 13-year-old car that was starting to show its age. It needed a repair that was going to cost more than the car was worth. At that point, it was not worth fixing as we only needed one car in your household right now. I called a couple of local dealerships that buy cars. They said if I had to have it towed in (I would) they would give me maybe $100. That was awful. I emailed CashForCars, and they called me back quickly. We got everything scheduled for less than 48 hours. The delivery guy had the check for the amount we said on the phone. It was so easy! I mean they are not offering top dollar for a car, but if you are going this route, you would expect to not get a ton for your car. It was still more than the dealerships offered me.

Cash for Cars offered the most out of the 5 places I got quotes from! Getting the quote was easy, just had to get the title notarized (Oklahoma). Pickup took a couple days but was an easy process once it happened. Every time I called they answered and were helpful!
They didn't offer me hardly anything except 500 dollar tax reduction.. at least the scrap yard was going to give me physical cash..
But I do appreciate the customer service.. so thumbs up on that.
After recalling them from the comment they left, I got the same offer, then telling them about my review they offered me 145 cash for my car. I was very pleased with the ease of everything.. the tow company kept in super good touch with me im happy..

Had a worn out company truck with 285k miles and a blown top end. Received top dollar and transaction was smooth. Ladies in the office could be more expedient and courteous when a customer walks in, but great and easy one phone call deal.
