Ty and the young lady with him (didn’t catch her name) from Northstar saved the day! Very pleasant people! My Ford went completely out and I had to have them tow my car to Mike’s Automotive. The battery was completely dead and thankfully Ty was prepared to jump my car and take it to Mike’s. Very reasonable pricing and the first person who answered my phone call was pleasant too! This tow service is based off of a predatory business practice to try and make a quick buck. If you use them plan on zero customer service, and some kind of issue with your vehicle. It's unfortunate how they they think of themselves as above the law and pick on the ones who can't do anything about it. Not only are they going to try and drip you for everything you have, they will also do it to other great individuals who can't afford to be in that position. As a precaution you will want to double check the prices they give you. There are State of Oklahoma Statutes that only allow a tow service to charge so much in a 24hr period regardless of the type of tow. If you use them I would send your receipt to the Attorney Generals Office just to be safe. There is a good chance that you will be part of some kind of compensation in the future if they charged you incorrectly. Don't let the ones who screw us win, submit your receipt and wait on the results.
