I’ve had my car towed from my apartments garage twice now, but both times they have been super chill and professional. Today when picking up my car the owner took $20 off because I was standing outside in the cold. Before taking your anger out on the owner or the workers just take a breather and remember they’re just doing their jobs. If you have any grievances, take them to whoever called to have your car towed. In my case it would be my apartment complex, but I really don’t care enough to complain because I was in the wrong. While it is an inconvenience for me, they towed my car within an hour or so of me parking. While this may be a coincidence, I have to say I’m impressed lol. Overall, if my car were to be towed a third time, I’d want Northstar Towing & Recovery to be the ones to do it because both times they’ve respected both my car and I.
Ty and the young lady with him (didn’t catch her name) from Northstar saved the day! Very pleasant people! My Ford went completely out and I had to have them tow my car to Mike’s Automotive. The battery was completely dead and thankfully Ty was prepared to jump my car and take it to Mike’s. Very reasonable pricing and the first person who answered my phone call was pleasant too!
