I had a terrible experience with this tow company. After towing my car to the dealership, they kept my keys for several days without any communication. It caused unnecessary delays in getting my car serviced. After multiple phone calls to track down my keys and several lies later (from the tow company) my keys were finally returned. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. I won’t be using their services again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Very disappointing!
