I was involved in an accident. I had another tow truck on the way, but TPD made me use Allied because they got there first. The driver was professional and courteous. The young lady at the desk was just doing her job, but damn, a 350 dollar tow bill for 6 miles?? And make sure you bring cash and it's exact change. They will charge extra to use a debit card.I had to go to a store and buy a bag of chips to get change because they don't do change??!!! The employees were great, it's just a very predatory business model that takes advantage of a city contract that gives them the benefit of charging whatever they want. No competition will do that.

got my truck impounded and they damaged my truck. I called and sent them photos of the damage and they have not called me. my truck had just been painted 3 days prior to them touching it and now my door frame is bent and paint missing on both sides of the truck.

I was screwed over by the City of Tulsa. They towed my car in on a Sunday because it was in front of a residential mailbox belonging to my son's friend while I was in an ambulance being prepped for a ride to the hospital due to old man health and breathing problems stemming from COVID-19. Fine way to treat a veteran. All thanks to the Tulsa Police Department. The worst Police Dept. in the United States. They can't recover my stolen truck, but they can damn sure tow my car for no good reason!!! 😭😭😭😭😭😭

LOGAN SHULTZ should be FIRED! Me and my son tboned. I was hit on my side, under a traffic light. He didn't stop at the red light. I had to go to ER. Police had my truck impounded to this horrible inhumane place. I had conversations strictly with him. He told me it would be $257 to get my truck out. And then proceeded to say that it will be an additional $25 a day every day that it is there. He was rude and didn't offer any suggestions given my situation. Thank God I called my insurance company and they are covering all storage fees for two days. I went back in to inform Logan that my insurance company would cover all the fees, he proceeded to tell me it's rare for insurance companies to cover fees with a smirk on his face. He is extremely unprofessional, rude, insensitive, and a complete disgrace to any employer. ********BE AWARE*******

And bc the car was in the middle of the road and couldn't drive, this place hooked it up and wanted $160 to take it 5 houses down!!! Where has human decency and kindness gone? Accidents happen all the time but when they are that close to home and you can't even help!! Complete trash of human beings! I hope karma is still around bc I would have found a will or a way to push it or drive it instead of just thinking about those dollar bills! We could have paid something!! But $160!! One of their drivers pulled out right in front of us almost causing a wreck forcing me off the road and then thought it was funny. I called and requested a manager to call back twice, but never heard from them. Must not care how their drivers represent them in public! The city should go back to Storey! They always seemed courteous when doing their job!

Imagine being rear-ended and a tow truck comes for the guy behind you. You find that you need a jump because during the course of the incident your battery drains and can't start the car! You ask the tow company for a jump and it comes to 189.00!!! Allied did this to an old man on disability. Here's the receipt. I took car of the old man. I will NEVER use these scammers again.

Then was met with borderline hostility, followed by gaslight by the woman stating they wouldn't have left the hazards on which drained the battery, if my vehicle hadn't had to have been towed. Just keep in mind if ur truck broke down and need it towed in state of Oklahoma they have to towed truck & trailer separate , i did verified with 2 more other towing companies ! My Sprinter Van was wrongfully towed October 11th by Allied. The person that did the tow from Allied decided that it was a good idea to hook nylon straps up to the flimsy transmission crossmember of a 9,000 pound vehicle causing the crossmember to bend. damaging the frame and transmission. When I got ahold of Allied about the situation they gave the typical run around and claimed it was not their fault because they “used nylon straps” that are more than capable of bending and damaging metal. This will be a costly situation for me that never should have happened. This is all the proof you need not to use Allied. This speaks volumes to the kind of company they are, and the incompetence of the people they hire. Do not trust this company they clearly could care less about your investment. It’s not worth the risk there are better company’s in the Tulsa area.

The front desk people were polite that’s the only reason it got more than 1 star. But this place is a scam I swear. Charging $15 just to take PHOTOS of my totaled vehicle for insurance. Then they don’t even have change if you hand them a $20. It’s probably in the sketchiest neighborhood in tulsa. Again the staff was polite, but this place is a damn scam.

Someone once told me this place will scam and take advantage of you, but after my experience here that is most definitely not the case. The staff were patient with me and explained their process, and even went to lengths to make sure I was able to address what I needed when my vehicle after dealing with a life challenge that has set me back for the future. If there really are scammers out there I'm the towing and wrecker industry Allied in my opinion are the complete opposite of that mindset. Thank you so much to the staff who assisted me, and I will recommend them in the future for all towing and recovery needs.

Looking at the reviews of this company on Google. Seem mostly positive. However, if you go to the Better Business Bureau, they are NOT BBB accredited,(because they don't qualify), have a C- rating, and a plethora of complaints. My experience with them was horrible. They did not contact me to tell me they had my stolen vehicle. Even told me they aren't required to for days, then when they reach the last day of their time limit, they send a letter snail-mail, meanwhile racking up daily charges. I discovered my car was there only because I took intiative and called them. I came with all requirments and still wasn't given my stolen vehicle due to a minor technicality. Online receipt of payment and confirmation number from the Oklahoma Motor Vehicle Department wasnt acceptable to them. Being the weekend that was all I could provide and should certainly suffice. Just an excuse to rack up more fees knowing I couldnt provide a paper copy until Monday. I asked if I could at least see my car, having no idea if it had been damaged or anything stolen, and they refused to let me just look at it. Oklahoma laws state they must allow the owner access to their vehicle- paid fees or not. Its hard to fathom that a victim of car theft would have to pay such outrageous fees. Being a single mom on teacher's pay I felt victimized again. And their ruthless, rude, unsympathetic demeanor only traumatized me further. I had to leave there on foot, in the dark, in a shady neighborhood and didnt get a block away before I was being circled multiple times, harrassed, even close to run over by a strange vehicle. To every single person to whom I've mentioned their name immediately respond with terms such as "crooks" "dishonest" or "scam" followed by their own horrifying experience with this company. Certainly makes me question who controls which reviews are posted and which are not. I know the BBB would certainly be the more valid source and the information they provide is opposite what is shown here. I just wanted to bring this to attention. The whole system is an injustice. They could have at least shown the slightest bit of concern instead of their annoyed and smug attitudes. After all, I'm paying them a good portion of my paycheck to get what is MY property. But why would they? We aren't given any choice but to pay them outrageous usery fees.......

Fastest arrival! Dead batteries after leaving my Freightliner on Comfort Mode for 3 days. Service was called and they showed up like 15 min later. Found truck and trailer had to be towed to dealership and needed heavy duty rig, they showed up in 15 min along with another unit as Oklahoma regulations dont allow for combination to be towed together. Fast hook up and delivery. It could not have been more perfect service!

Your 5 employee told me and my son they couldn't help us out cause of your company policy. They would get fired. If my son would of paid more money for more help.
