The front desk lady Layla is so sweet! I was having a very tough day and her energy quickly shifted my mood! she genuinely acts like she cares rather than some other towing companies out here who don’t know empathy when people are having some of the worst days of their lives! Now because of that experience I had with her I will forever chose Allied towing of Tulsa in the future and recommend them to others in the future as well! My vehicle was towed from a parking lot and the experience with Allied Towing was nothing short of frustrating. Upon confirming that they had our vehicle, we spoke with Josel, who assured us that a worker would meet us at the impound lot within 30 minutes to release it. After waiting an hour, we called again, only to be told that the driver was "on the way" and it would take another 30 minutes. This same scenario repeated two more times. Eventually, Josel informed us that their office would open at 8:00 AM on Saturday, so we decided to wait until the morning. Before heading out, we called to confirm the price (as they only accept cash, which we weren’t informed of initially), only to find out they didn’t actually open at 8:00 AM as promised. Instead, we were again told to wait for a driver to arrive to release the vehicle. This ordeal has resulted in multiple calls, trips to their facility, and hours of wasted time. To make matters worse, finding the location was unnecessarily confusing. The entrance is marked under "Story Wrecker Service," not Allied, and the poor customer service made this even more difficult. If you ever have the option to choose your tow company, we strongly recommend avoiding Allied Towing. Their lack of professionalism, transparency, and customer service turned an already stressful situation into a complete nightmare.

If you need actual towing, for the love of God, pick any other place. My brother's truck was stolen and the Tulsa Police used this company. The police found his truck and strongly suggested he get it towed, he agreed because he had a truck towed in AZ before and it was only $50. If we had known how outrageous the prices would be, we would have told them not to touch the truck at all. At the end of the day, they wanted $523.85, literally down to the cent. If anyone else here has had the pleasure of being made a victim twice over, write to the Attorney General, like I did, naming Allied Towing of Tulsa and the Tulsa Police, specifically. The best part was getting the cost breakdown which I will happily share with you all. Storage $191.53 Fuel Surcharge $22.44 Hourly Rate Port to Port $149.63 Dollys/Rollback $39.90 Recovery Time 1/4 hr $24.94 Registration Check - Law Enforcement $19.95 Certified Mail $9.16 Title 42 - Notification Processing Fee $50.00 Tax $16.31 It's funny how they say the state of Oklahoma sets the price. According to Okla. Stat. tit. 47 § 953.1, the state of Oklahoma sets the *maximum* price for *nonconsensual* towing. For instance, it states that the maximum amount of money they are allowed to charge for the use of a dolly/rollback is $30. So, as we can see here, Oklahoma limits the amount of money a towing company is allowed to charge you. If the company decides to follow that pricing and charge you the maximum for nonconsensual towing, then that is their decision. The Department of Public Safety regulates towing companies so, I'm writing to them next. I hope that every single one of you guys has the day you deserve. At the end of the day, the truck wasn't worth the amount of money to pay to get it back or pay for towing so the truck will remain there. Basically, my brother's truck got stolen twice. And they will auction it off at 40 days, which the law says the minimum amount of days they have to wait before auctioning is 11. So, they must know they won't get much for the truck from auction and are hoping that my brother will rack up additional fees with their 25 dollars a day fee. So they can get a bigger paycheck in the end. Aren't they swell and just the best towing company ever!
