Wrecked my car on 2/3. Brian was absolutely amazing and the ladies in the office were so nice. It was a stressful, unexpected event, but I do appreciate how easy they made the process.
Their drivers give out false insurance information and when confronted about it, they offer nothing but ‘thats tough’ and awful customer service. The driver loaded the car with negligence and could have caused more damage than what was already done.
Doug moved a portable building that another company was unwilling to attempt! Great job...our owner was very impressed that Doug went out of his way to replace sod that the truck misplaced.
I've always had good service from this company. And the service tech they sent out today. His name was Brian and he made it the job more comfortable. He knew what he was doing and they have the type of trucks I needed. Other record companies didn't. Brian was a great person and a great wrecker
One star. Allied Tow is a straight-up scam-they wanted to me twenty bucks just for after-hours bullshit, even though it wasn’t that late. Went there twice, both times they dragged their feet. Funniest thing is the $20 after hours fee is “Cash only”. Absolute crooks who’ll waste your day and wallet. Steer clear unless you want your car towed into oblivion. Never use them-save yourself the headache.
Brian B is my hero. When my car over heated miles from my destination(s) he got me loaded in a flash and kept up pleasant conversation all the way to my mechanic.
Answer service states you can pick up your belongings with a title, OR insurance verification. After driving all the way after having a wreck the employee states you need the title. But that’s not what their answering service says. Also if your 3 minutes passed 5pm you get a $20 charge for “after hours” having a fee for “after hours” when this is a 24 hour tow yard is odd. It’s unfortunate this place sucks so much. I wish insurance wouldn’t even pay them for the tow service. They should probably update their answering service.
They make it hard to get you vehicles out if impounded even if you got a temporary tag and proof of everything they still tell you, you have to go to the d.M.V or the tag office so they can. Get their own thing going and try to help you lose your car
9/05 at 5:35 in BA at Elm and 91st one their drivers hauling a boat about ran me off the freaking road. I wouldn’t trust them transporting my stuff they clearly don’t use their mirrors before switching lanes! I could see him in the mirrors so I know he could see me.
Our Penske truck broke down, Edwin was Johnny on the spot. Super friendly and efficient, definitely is knowledgeable in hos business! Would definitely recommend Allied and Edwin!
Doug was professional in all aspects of the pick up and drop off. Made quick easy work and was delicate with the vehicle! Made sure to turn the vehicle the right way so non of my exterior parts flew off or broke! Thank you again Doug!
I was locked out of my vehicle and Doig showed up within 10 minutes to unlock my vehicle. This was awesome since it’s a 90° day here in Tulsa. Very professional and friendly.
This company is a scam. Do NOT use under any circumstances! They will bs you on arrival times and basically steal your car, then make you pay more to "get it out of impound". Their own inpound. then pay for another tow from their inpound lot to the original location lmao. My situation was a simple tow 15 mins away. It did not involve the police or anything. Totally dishonest
My sister’s car got stuck in flood rain water, and we were so grateful when Allied Towing of Tulsa sent Doug out to help. Doug was absolutely fantastic—professional, calm, and genuinely kind during a stressful moment.
He showed up quickly, explained everything clearly, and made sure my sister felt safe and taken care of. You could tell he really knew what he was doing, and more importantly, he treated us with patience and respect.

Allied towing did a great job towing my driver's box truck. They got there on time, and towed it quickly. When they got to the drop, the mechanic said the box truck was too tall for them, so they towed it an extra couple of miles free of charge. Thank you Gary and Sean for the amazing customer service and help!
Doug did a great job. He was really kind and reassuring to my son and his wife after they totaled their car. He was a great conversationalist while we waited for the police to do their thing. He put their car exactly where they asked him to drop it. When I need a tow I will call Allied and request Doug.

Joe H is a good guy. My semi was stuck in a foot of mud and he could’ve easily charged me an arm and a leg but was honest and kept it quick. Made the process easy and genuine. He did not come off as someone trying to gouge a person who’s in a desperate situation but as someone who cared about getting me unstuck and still maintaining a business mindset. That is what keeps people coming back. Definitely would recommend this company. Especially as a 24 hour operation. Very convenient. Dispatch lady was very nice as well and was up front about pricing and kept things simple. Didn’t get her name but I called 5/3/25 around 4:15pm. Well done.
Got the tractor stuck in the mud! Cameron called me to let me know he was on the way! That simple call spoke volumes about the service that was on the way. Thankful for the time he took. Most importantly no damage to the tractor. What more can you ask for!
I was very pleased with my experience from the first call I made after I found that my car had been towed to the pickup of my car. Everyone I spoke to was very professional, understanding, and kind. About 5 different employees assisted me throughout the time it took me to retrieve my car.
Friendly and helpful staff. Made a painful experience comfortable and assisted me to get through an unpleasant experience and I loved out of there with a smile and a little bit of a giggle.
One of their drivers pulled out right in front of us almost causing a wreck forcing me off the road and then thought it was funny. I called and requested a manager to call back twice, but never heard from them. Must not care how their drivers represent them in public! The city should go back to Storey! They always seemed courteous when doing their job!
