Incompetent. Called me to pick up an order they didn't have then said I could just drive to another store and get. I guess ship to store wasn't part of the Mgr training.

Don't normally leave reviews but Was in Oreillys on 116th Owasso store 11/23/25. Kota the Assist. Manager was/is one of the Goats. Dude had a phone in each hand, while running two computers helping multiple customers at a time. Oreillys really needs to keep this one around.

I recently found myself in a real bind with a car battery that clearly needed to be replaced. My husband was at work, so I headed over to his favorite parts store, O'Reilly's. I was fortunate to have been helped by Jacob. He ran some quick tests and confirmed that I needed a new battery. Jacob was kind enough to install the new battery for me. I was back on the road to work in no time. Thank you, Jacob!

Store Associates were knowledgeable, quick and kind. Our driver’s windshield wiper flew off on the highway during heavy rain and we were able to get to the north Owasso location easily. The Store Associates were fast when they installed the windshield wiper for us in the rain!

Multiple teenage boys working at the counter visiting with each other didn’t help me get A very heavy box (maybe 20lb) of DEF fluid. Watched me try to carry it out to my car struggling to get the door open after I purchased it no help whatsoever even after I asked. hire kids that actually want to work if you’re gonna give summer jobs.

Trying to get car parts here has been a total circus. I went in person, gave them all my car info, and they ordered what they claimed were the right parts. Picked them up, took them to my mechanic — wrong parts! ? My mechanic gave me the correct part to bring back. Showed it to the store, and they basically questioned whether my mechanic knew what he was doing. They refunded one right part but sent me home with the wrong parts again! I even asked them to double-check before I left. Finally, I just had to go to the hub myself. Frustrating experience overall.

The store is well-stocked, but the current evening staff lacks technical knowledge and seems to function more as inventory pullers than automotive experts. I brought in an alternator for testing; the staff appeared unfamiliar with the equipment and informed me it tested fine—twice. However, when I took the same part to another Owasso location, it tested as faulty there. This discrepancy suggests that either the testing equipment or the staff’s proficiency at the first store may be inadequate. For future needs, I will opt for the other location where I received more accurate service

Gage and his whole team were very helpful with my experience. After going to two stores with a terrible customer service(they told me it was my fault they sold me the wrong part )and very little help he was able to accommodate and help me finally get the right parts I needed. I won’t be going to anyone else.

We were down to 1 car and the battery died in husbands truck in grocery store parking lot. Walked over to O’Reillys and Kota didn’t hesitate to walk the new battery back across the lot and get it changed out for me. I was back on my way home in less than 30 minutes!!

I just want to brag about a young man named Trenton that works at this location. My girl bought a battery at Costco for a 2020 Chevy Traverse but Costco does not install batteries. She is on her way to Dallas with her son so I told her to bring it to me. Changing the battery was much more challenging than anything I had done before so I took it to O’reilly’s to see if I could pay them to do it so I could feel like she would be safe on her trip. Trenton would not accept any kind of payment. He just did it. There are still some good people in this world. Trenton, we appreciate you, young man ??

Went in to get a battery for a key fob...they tried to pry it open wrong, had to tell them how to open it to change the battery, dropped key fob and battery...said there wasn't a battery in there to begin with. In the store with their computers COULD NOT figure out what battery to put in the fob...an employee opened a pack of batteries that she thought would work as I went back to my car to get my phone and google it...well she was going to put the wrong battery in...when I got back to mom's car...the battery was put in upside-down.

I went in one day and needed my car battery to get checked. I had a bad cell and needed replacement. The worker took a look at my car and said i will need a special code, if they replace, therefore he could not do it. I had to call a few places around to see where i can bring it and get the code. I found a place the next day, i went back and purchased the battery, this time i was helped by the manager. He asked if i needed help replacing it, i said yes, and explained what the guy said to me yesterday. He took a look at my car and said he can definitely replace it, he had to check if i will need a special code, usually the computer will say if we do or not. He checked and no where did it say i need a special code, he was able to replace my battery and saved me a trip driving to tulsa. I was so grateful bc i also had my 1 yr old daughter with me as well. So thank you very much for your time and help!

Long time customer of O’Reilly Auto Parts. In all the years I’ve probably only had one negative experience and it was not this location. Today Houston and his team went above and beyond helping my spouse change the battery on her vehicle while she had our kids with her. I called ahead and they went right to work testing the battery as soon as she got there. Probably not the cheapest auto part store but hands down the best. I’ve tried to go the cheap route in the past but always end up back at O’Reilly. Thank you for the help.

The manager Jose is amazing! And his employee Chris was also amazing! We had a special order part that had to be shipped and when it came a week later it was damaged by the supplier. This was the last one they could get as the supplier had no more. It was a voltage regulator and I did not want to have to buy the whole alternator as it was not needed. But bc I went through all the troubles I did with this part they made right by it by helping me find the best deal to fix my car! Thank you Chris and the manager Jose

Just want to say thanks to Padon and Nathaniel for the tremendous Customer Service they have provided today. The other Oriely Auto Parts near me couldnt provide the service I needed so I came to this place today. These two guys helped me so much to get back onto the road. Please recognize these two great employees. I love their attitude! --- Hint: I had to get my rotors resurface and buy other products today. Hope you know that I appreciate your business.

They are quick. The part I need is a special order but I'm still waiting to hear back on if they can order the shocks for my car. I have an Acura and I guess some of their parts are special order.

The men were super nice and knowledgeable! I underestimated the age group of the men working there! Those who worked on June 18th,2022 All deserve a wonderful raise or some corporate acknowledgment! Very knowledgeable !! Their age group might’ve looked like 18-24! Thank you guys! I hope you guys will still be there the next time I come back!

absolutely the worst customer service ever. i get that you have to ask for ID for the pick up order, but to be extremely rude and disrespectful about it is not okay. Anyone could have the same last name even if they are related, so it makes not sense to make such a big deal over seeing the ID for an order. the guy with long hair and glasses made me feel very uncomfortable, never shopping here again.

I got my battery checked because it kept dieing on me. The guy with the curly hair told me I needed a new alternator to go with a new battery, he lied, because I knew what I needed and the condition of my car. I just replaced the battery and my car was good to go. He was trying to make money off of me.

Always a good experience here. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful, and they always have the item I need. On a recent morning I was barely able to start my car because of a weak battery. Since they open at 7:30 I was able to drive there and get a new battery. They installed it in a matter of minutes, and I was on my way to work.

Everyone was super nice except for the guy who was helping with the return on my old battery. I understand I didn’t have the original card that purchased the new battery because my dad original came in to purchase my battery during the snow storm which I paid him back for. But I found it completely unnecessary for the guy to get hateful over it. I had my receipt and my old battery. I would’ve understood if I was returning the new battery that was $200 but at the fact he got hateful over $18 kind of ticked me off. Thank you to the other guy I’m assuming was the manager that simply did an override to be able to put the $18 back onto my card. I just don’t appreciate the one guy getting hateful over something so small and something that was a simple thing for the manager to override. I just feel like he needs to work on his customer service a bit. But everyone else was super nice to me and one even helped me with getting the battery on the counter which I seriously appreciate!

Went in to purchase a cylinder hone about a month ago. The gentleman working asked if I needed help with anything so I told him what I was after. When he got the puzzled look on his face I knew I was better off on my own. Thankfully, a more knowledgeable employee came over and was able to help me locate what I needed. I have been in here multiple times but this particular visit just kind of stands out. Its an auto parts store. Good for a part or tool you need immediately and for picking up supplies to change your oil but, beyond that, nothing spectacular. 10/09/2020: Added 1 star to review. When a company can take time to review feedback and acknowledge training opportunities, that is a huge step in the right direction.

Yes I know I am female ... But I actually love this store. My husband and I have been buying alot of parts for our Chrysler 300c hemi and not the cheap parts either. And Patrick there is one of the most awesome people we have ever meet. We will continue to keep coming back to this store. No matter how far we have to drive.

What I love about this place is you can check stock online before you go in store. They’re super close to my house so their ideal for quick car care items. They’ve always been very helpful and changing wiper blades and answering questions I have about products in stock. Definitely do your research, just because they work there doesn’t mean they actually know what they’re talking about though

The guys there were really helpful. Scott and one other individual (I forgot to look at his name tag, he looked like a younger man and had facial hair) coversed with me about the parts, helped with my order previously(a new regulator), and didnt treat me like I was ignorant. It's the only parts store I go to.
