Avery Towing is always my first thought when I need roadside assistance. They go above and beyond. Not only did they show up quickly, but helped tightened the battery cables on my vehicle and it was in my driveway by the time I got home from work. No one likes to be a damsel in distress, but I’m so thankful for this reliable company that is always kind and professional when I need help.
Never arrived for the tow despite assuring they would be there. Then there were constant updates "another 5 minutes" "another 10 minutes". Hours later I gave up waiting. If you have the option for someone else, take it. You might actually get help.
This company was called to take a job to tow my car by a nearby shop. It was myself, my wife and my 4 year old in the car in 30 degree weather. We were told at most a 30 minute wait. We waited 4 hours before finally just driving on the mostly flat tire to the tire shop nearby. I called more than 7 times to both the driver and the company with no response.
This was by far the WORST experience with any sort of towing company I have ever had. If 0 stars was possible it would have been 0 rather than 1.
I don't recommend this towing service to anyone! He showed up with his towing truck and so I asked him does he accept tap pay and he goes to say,I left my phone at home be right back. I waited for him and he never showed and that to me is very bad service. It was 11:30pm tired just getting off work and just wanted my car towed 😒
Car got impounded. I called them and made arrangements to pick it up. But when I showed up nobody was there. And the phone kept going straight to voicemail. Yet the sign says 24hr service.
Dustin helped me when my project car died today on 11th st. Got it chained up fast and to my house even faster. On a holiday no less. Thank you Dustin!
My son’s truck overheated and couldn’t be driven during the winter snow storm. Avery Towing and Recovery to the rescue! They responded quickly, quoted a great price, and delivered the truck to our house within 2 hours of the call. We really appreciate their professionalism and urgency to get us taken care of!!
Do not use this company! I had my car towed to a shop last Wednesday.My car was still able to move before it was towed by this company and when my car got to the shop the transmission is messed more and is stuck in 2 gears. So they don’t care about yall or your belongings. The only person there that gave a damn and was honest was Donald. They managed o run him off and stole from him too. No wonder they can’t keep help, they are shady!
I had an emergency situation with my vehicle and my experience with Nikki was outstanding. She ensured my vehicle was hauled and repaired in a quality, timely and efficient manner! Bonus - her positive attitude made the entire process enjoyable!

Donnie went above and beyond to get my sons car home safely after he broke down on the road. I greatly appreciate how quickly he got to the vehicle and was polite enough to call us back and ask exactly where we would like the vehicle dropped at the house. Will MOST definitely use him again. They’re always quick on arrival. Willing to help out however he can. Willing to go the extra for his client. Donnie is the best and a super nice guy!! Highly recommend using their service.
Farmers dispatched Avery towing for me. Then Avery towing slipped the arrival time 4 separate times. Tried to call driver number farmers provided several times to make sure someone was actually coming, no answer. Tried to call office, no answer. Farmers tried to call driver a couple of times, no answer - I'd say unreliable at best.
this is the company that towed me tonight. Donny is Best driver and tow experience ever! Super nice dude and spoke highly of his boss! Saving their info for the future!! Highly recommend Avery and Donny!

Avery Towing's service was extremely unsatisfactory. Despite multiple calls, they consistently failed to show up, wasting our time and causing frustration. Their false promises of imminent arrival were misleading and contributed to a highly unprofessional experience. Disappointing service and a lack of reliability make it difficult to recommend Avery Towing to others in need of assistance.
Wanted to get personal items out of car. Would not answer the phone! Would not return calls! When I finally got him on the phone, he said he’d meet us on a certain day/time, very hateful, did not show up at day/time he set up! While holding my car hostage, stole personal items out of it! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are liars, and very hateful during your misfortune and he is a thief! Address for company is a field with a fence around it!
Avery Towing and Recovery is an outstanding company. The company goes above for their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Do not think twice about calling them. It is worth it. Avery Towing is quick and reliable. My battery was dead in my Jeep, leaving me and my kids stranded in a parking lot at night. They answered immediately, and arrived within 10-15 minutes. Pricing was great. Everything was handled very professionally. Would recommend to friends and family and will definitely call them again if ever needed.

The owner helped me out so much when my car was towed. He gave me a ride and even helped me with my tires. This place is amazing and I respect them so much for all they did for me when I was going through a rough time. Don’t hesitate to use them for your towing needs!
Chris was very respectful, efficient and accommodating. He called when he received the dispatch, then called again when he was 10 min out. Had our vehicle picked up and delivered safely in a timely manner. Absolutely no complaints.
Guy arrived within 40 minutes and got my battery cleaned up. Jumped my car and got me started up within a half hour. Very friendly man, quick service! Will highly recommend to my friends and family in this area.
On multiple occasions my family and I have called Avery Towing and without missing a beat they were more than willing and helpful for any needs that we had, we even called back a time or two to cancel the need for help and they were very professional and understanding ( we got the issue fix and no longer needed help). 10/10 recommend to everyone
