Came in with a broken ac line. Brandon took care of us right away and made a new line, charged the ac and even changed the cabin air filters I already had bought and didn't install because I didn't know where they went, haha! He took the time to figure it all out and showed me so I knew how to change them next time! No more hot truck now! The ac is cold as ice and I'm no longer gonna be grumpy and sweating while going down the road. This is one happy girl and I absolutely recommend this place for any of your heavy duty truck repair needs!! Will be back again for future needs when I'm in the area!!! Was 20 mile away from Duncan, OK and the whole tractor started vibrating and I pulled the truck over. I found that my U-Joint connecting to the front drive axle bolts had broke and bracket had flow off the truck. Thankfully the drive shaft did not fall off the truck. I called Heavy Truck & Trailer to see if they had a Road tech available and the U-Joint. They had to check and called me back in 10 min to say the tech was about an hour out and that they had the U-Joint in stock. The team here was very professional, quick to return my phone call and had my driver back out on the road in a few hours. I am very pleased with their service and I know you will be too if you need a shop to get work done. I will be adding this shop to my list in case I am ever back in this area. Bought a 10 speed transmission from them, was told it had a year's warranty. Bearing went out 4 months later, can't get any response from them. After 2 weeks I had to pay for another transmission just to get my truck going again / with a different parts supplier/ nice warranty program. And I lost thousands on their "warranty". Don't how they keep business.
I wanna say the place is now called Haines garage or at least that was the name on the side of the semi tow truck. And the mechanics and tow staff are real friendly and real professional. Tye was my driver at the time. And even thought my truck was beat up pretty bad good conversation help me forget about it for a while. Thanks yall.
