Hey drug my truck in gear and made my truck a wreck I now have mold growing in my floor do not use them when I called for before and after pictures they decided to yell and cuss at me with intentions on "whooping my ass" because I don't know where I'm at so unless you was your vehicle trashed messed up and getting yelled and cussed at do not use them
I was very pleased with the service this company provided for me. I would recommend to anyone needing towing or mechanical work. From the office staff to the owner, they are great people to do business with!
My Newborn daughter, wife and I were randomly broken down on the side of the freeway. He came in a pinch for a very cost effective way, his wife and himself showed plenty of love and were forever grateful. Thank you guys
They picked up the car from Taco Bell and tote it away and it was the wrong car and even bother to check the tag on it VIN number nothing they just loaded up cuz the lady said it was a car next to the red car and red car was taken and they brought it back but they owe him an apology and they better make some restitution to him because what they did was totally wrong 80 years old and scared to death. What kind of service doesn't check VIN numbers and tag numbers on cars just go by what I take that car there that's wrong complaints will be filed
I was driving a church van taking kids home from camp when a tire on the rear of the van blew. A friend recommended Tri-County as I was not from Duncan, and I was so glad he did. Michael was both safe and efficient. The price was very reasonable! Highly recommend!
He was supposed to pick up my truck for AAA he called and found out who I was and he canceled the call not to wait for another tow company to come pick up truck nice business
Had a bad wreck and they took my (vehicle to their yard. I had my uncle pick up my vehicle to take back to my place as i was in okc with my wife who was in hospital. My uncle called them and they said it would be like $280 to get it from their yard. He gets there and they quote a higher 2nd price. Then the woman behind the counter quotes a 3rd even higher price, says "wait its actually gonna be $420". My uncle says " my goodness lady let me hurry up and get this paid before you go up on the price again!" They didn't bother telling him the first time that they charged more the longer the vehicle stays in the yard(storage fee). The final price is not whats so aggravating. Its the fact they just kept going up on the price. The vehicle was only in there a couple days at that.
The most low down excuse performing towing service. My husband left a bad review that they are now trying to excuse by making it all sound on the uppity up. If you quote a person a price it does not need to go up just because someone came and picked up their vehicle. They want a receipt that I am sure we don't have two years later. I'm not sure we ever even got one. If you are ever involved in an accident don't ever use this company. Our insurance did not pay for this. It was out of our own pocket. I was life flighted to OU where I stayed 9 days. I understand this is not a charity service but they do take advantage of other's terrible circumstances. They were not forthcoming with us at all. We paid our bill but we also learned our lesson. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! We also want to warn others.
Also the last comment on your comeback was totally not necessary. My husband NOR I ever saw the person coming. That curve is a blind curve. It was a black SUV flying down the road. My husband admitted it was his fault. You're just trying to deflect responsibility here. We're talking about y'all's terrible service not the accident that was that, AN ACCIDENT! You're making such a big deal of this because your business has bad reviews. More than just us. You are just taking advantage of people and your reviews show it. You were also not forthcoming about the daily fees until time for pickup. That was definitely withholding information.
Absolutely horrible experience. Be aware of this company!!! I had my vehicle towed to my residency, and he used the wrong tow method , and ruined my brand new car! which is going to cost over $2000!!!! And now he has my number blocked so I can’t get in contact with him! And still took my $400 for the tow!
Vehicle to be towed was paid for 2 weeks ago. And still has not been brought to my location. Everytime I call I'm told "I'll make sure it's there today".
I only give them one star because the service tech did all he could to replace one of the parts I needed in my car. Otherwise I absolutely would not recommend it to a friend. Awful experience over all. The towing portion is fine just have it towed somewhere else to have it worked on.
I was well taken care of and service was fast. They explained everything to me and were reasonable on the repair I needed. Excellent customer service! I definitely will go back for other automotive needs!
Car broke down while out of town near Ardmore. (I live in Wichita Kansas). I got my car towed there by AAA. The man who I talked to, who i presume is the owner, refused to verify if my car had been towed there or not the next day (we got it towed there at around 1AM). Saying that they are closed(even though they’re hours don’t show that). After a short back and forth he refuses to go look to see if my car is even there. Mind you I am stuck in a hotel 300 miles away from my house. Absolutely insane.
I needed 4 new tires and they were able to get and install them the next day. Once I arrived, they got to work and were done quickly. Great friendly service from the office and technician.
Completely worthless. Never showed up or answered status calls from myself or the insurance company. Will never let my insurance company assign them to me again.
My car died didn’t know what to do, so I called them, wow fast, it wasn’t but a few minutes ( no kidding ) He took our car to our mechanic, but first dropped us home. Great personality & very kind. Thank you
Very awesome people. They assisted in the recovery of my car. Very professional, honest and nice people. Came at a moment’s notice and did an excellent job. Highly recommended by me.
Owner is an amazing guy, & will work with you. He helped me out in the middle of winter, when it was LATE, like 11:30 p.m. late & it had just snowed over the already icy roads. My daughter & I, who was 5 at the time, drifted into a ditch & he drove by & saw me in trouble & immediately stopped to pulled us out, then proceeded to tow my truck home which was about a 30 minute drive, & didn’t even charge me for it! Needless to say, we would’ve been lost without him! I definitely recommend going to him!
I was stranded by another towing company and I called Dave from Tri-County. He came out immediately, was very professional, and was reasonably priced. Will definitely reccomend them and use them again if needed!!
