My name is Dawn and I just wanted to let everybody know that the service I received at Dismuke was TRULY top-notch!! They came very highly recommended, and let me tell you, I was NOT disappointed! Many things contribute to an impression of a business... such as the kindness you're shown from the minute you walk in that door, the respect you're given, the cleanliness and organization of the shop, the amount if time you wait to be acknowledged, as well as the amount of time you wait for services to be completed. And finally, the quality of the work. I can honestly say that Dismuke scored 100% on every single one of these! This is without a doubt an A+ business, and I will absolutely go to them for any body work I need in the future! Had a piece of my underpinning ripped off in the snow storm. They got it fixed very quickly and for a reasonable price. Hopefully I won’t need more car repairs, but if I ever do, I know where I’m going!

I recently needed some insurance-related repairs, and my friend Jimmy Picket—owner of Norman Automotive—recommended I speak with April and David Dismuke. Their shop is in the same business park as Jimmy’s shop. Jimmy is the kind of person that quietly helps others without expecting anything in return. So his recommendation carried a lot of weight and made me confident in choosing them. From my very first conversation with April and David, I knew I was in good hands. I explained that I'm the legal guardian of my niece, which means I’m essentially a single parent living on one income, and my $1,000 deductible was going to be a stretch. We were just weeks away from a family vacation. David listened and suggested repairing the door skins instead of replacing them to help lower the cost. They had my truck for about two weeks, and once the repairs were complete, they coordinated with Norman Automotive next door to take care of a transmission service I scheduled. When I came to pick it up, I handed them the insurance check—and to my surprise, April told me I didn’t owe a dime out of pocket. I was genuinely speechless. The universe really blessed me with ONE LOCATION where you can get auto body work & mechanic work done by two stand up families who walk the walk and talk the talk of their faith. Great experience with Dismuke Collision. Very kind people with alot of experience. The place had more of a small-town feel, which I prefer to the big city car lot approach. They worked with the other driver's insurance to get my repairs done, and took time to explain the process to me. One of the owners took 30 minutes out of his day to drive me home first thing in the morning after I dropped the car off. If I ever have a need for this sort of work again, I'll be heading to Dismuke.

Had my car fixed here twice after two car accidents. Received great communication and awesome customer service. They had my car fixed as fast as possible both times. April is such a sweetheart, highly recommend!

Had heard about this shop from a friend . And I gave them a try . They installed a ranch hand bumper for me on a front end that had been in a finder bender. They had to cut and reeled the bumper brackets and install. They did a great job and less than other shops had quoted me to do the same work. I’m also going to get a few paint jobs that will include body work done in the near future . I would 100% recommend to a friend to use this shop

They were quick to give a fair estimate, and then were accommodating with us when we dropped our vehicle off so we could have it repaired while on vacation. They made it look like brand new! Huge shout out to April Dismuke and David Dismuke Jr. At Dismuke Collison! I was involved in a fender bender back in February and once all the insurance was settled, I was able to have my rear bumper fixed at their shop! They did an excellent job, answered all my questions and the job was even done a day early!! And maybe the BEST part of it…. They washed and cleaned the inside of my Tahoe!! Thank y’all so much for the excellent repair and customer service!

Dismuke amazing work on my daughters car after she got in a fender bender. It’s better than it was before the accident! The paint is perfect, and no more dents. And the driver door doesn’t catch or squeak any more. Very professional and fast turnaround. They worked with my insurance. I highly recommend them!
