Kacey was absolutely amazing! It is a 1000° outside and he helped me figure out what was going on with my vehicle! It took a min, the heat was killing me so I'm sure it was killing him as well. He had a great attitude and spent a lot of time with my car and I ended up going to another store. He understood and was so kind about the entire deal/situation. I wish everyone I had to deal with, at different places, was as kind and understanding as he was with me.
I have a very old vehicle but it seems like I can always get within a couple of hours whatever I need for repairs also a good selection of items in the store
This is my go to auto parts store. They're always friendly and helpful. Rarely do they not have a part in stock. I live 30 minutes away from Noble but I come here every time. Easy to find and easy parking. Has everything from oil to windshield wipers.
This is probably the best experience I have had at an Auto Parts store. I typically go to Auto Zone because of the customer service and I have rewards there but I didn't really feel like having to drive all the way back into Norman from where I lived. So, I decided to try this location of O'Reilly's since it's closer to home and my cashier Dave went above and beyond. I went in for headlights because I discovered the day prior that one of them had went out. And I didn't want to play a game of chance with the cops, so I had asked if they were able to change it out for me or if they knew anyone in Noble that would change out headlights and Dave changed out both of my headlights and gave me the one that still had some life in it, in case something were to happen to my new ones. I love AutoZone, but I am most definitely going to be coming back to this location for my next car need. He deserves a raise!!!

The gentlemen working here on June 2nd is so kind. I hope you guys really value your workers here because he deserves it. He ran a battery test and was able to help us fix an issue ourselves. We'll be returning here regularly. Thank you again.
The man who helped me was 6 stars. Women are always nervous with car trouble because we get ripped off so much. This gentleman ran me a print off showed me the $45.00 can of stuff I'll probably need for my A/C that blows hot. I was so relieved. He didn't seem rushed at all and tornado was coming out way. He gave me sky signs that were very comforting. I will never go to any other auto parts store and long before this I BAN Auto Zone!!!!!
Came in this morning for some wipers and headlights for my car, Joe was very helpful, kind, and caring. Got this inexperienced carsmen what he needed without feeling like I lost my wallet. Quality service.
I love O'Reilly's! They always either have the parts I need or can order them and have them for me no later than the next day - though, usually later the same day. And they install my wiper blades for me. :)
O'REILLY is a great auto parts store to do business with; outstanding customer service ?; very helpful in be knowledgeable and physically replacing certain parts like battery and wipers; they also provide military veterans with a special discount; highly recommend ?
Check your parts before you leave,!it will most likely not be complete. Watch these guys they are hassleous and won’t try and make things right. Save your time and money and go into Norman!
This the worst auto parts store i have experienced been repairing autos for 40 years these counter jockeys are lazy uniforme d couldn't find your part even if you gave them a part # or SKU # i will drive to norman before i do bussiness here again.
Got some basic items, including windshield wipers. A nice employee named Aaron was so nice and installed them for me. Definitely will be back for more of my automotive needs.
Charge me $215. for a battery, They had no one who can help me put my battery and that’s the last and only $200 you will ever get for me there’s plenty of auto parts stores in Oklahoma I don’t ever have to go to O’Reilly’s and I don’t need you to put my battery and I can pay 200 for a battery somewhere else and they’ll be happy to put it in
I normally use this location in noble Oklahoma but here lately I have been having problems with the parts going bad. I got some front brake pads and I’ve had to take them off and clean them because of noise when breaking. I took them off and took them back for warranty they seen where I purchased the and had to order me new ones. When I went to pick them up they said they weren’t under my name anymore so they couldn’t warranty them and said I would have to pay for them. I will not fill with Oriely anymore.
Never have or give us the right products even when they look it up we always have to make at least 2 trips because of this. All the other O Reilly's are not this way. They even take personal orders with name and phone number and never call back so we had to drive an hour out of the way to go get the part in Del City after driving up there expecting the part to be there.
My whole adult life I have been getting parts for my vehicle from Autozone up until recently when Autozone was out of stock on a part I needed and O'Reilly's so happened to have it in stock. The staff is a lot more knowledgeable and friendly than most Autozone's I've ever been to so it's safe to say O'Reilly's will have my business from now on anytime I need a part for my truck.
The Noble store is my favorite auto store. All employees are pretty sharp about the parts and installation. They will go through the parking lot to help you install and even let you borrow a tool if needed.
Great place to pick up the things u need to fix your car and then some. The guys at the counter are rather friendly and dont mind giving SOME advice. Dont ask them to fix your car, that's not what they do. But help with wipers, reading codes, and checking batteries; Awesome!!! Thanks
I was in a big hurry and needed to get back to work because my lunch time was almost over. I walked in to purchase brake pads and two rear rotors for my vehicle. The guy at the counter was kind and knowledgeable . I give this Q'Reilly Auto store a 5 star rating. Way to GO O'Reilly Auto in Noble Oklahoma.
When I go in with my boyfriend the guys are all "hey can I help you?" When I go in alone they don't even acknowledge I'm there and when I have asked them where something is, they're very rude and seem annoyed that I even bothered them. The funny thing is, I'm pretty sure I know more than they do. According to the other reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence. Wonder if they would treat their mom, wife, daughter, sister, etc. this way.
Was a great store when they had Allen as manager... Knew his job well and got u the right parts.. Now waste of time usually get the wrong part and staff don't know much either
