I used to be a daily customer at this store. Daily. Not only do they not show any appreciation or loyalty, but I have noticed lately that they over charge me on the products that I have always bought there, i.e. vapes. They clearly have the prices marked on a label beneath the vapes. However, the lady that works the counter said those numbers are not the prices, but rather a kind of stocking number. Another time I went in and the lady that helped me said that those "stocking numbers" were, in fact, the prices. I would not recommend this store to anybody. Obviously my view is skewed though.
Awesome, friendly people that had a hard to find pulley that GM and the aftermarket do not make anymore. I came from Durant and by the time I got there the part was ready for pickup. The price was great and I will definitely be coming back if I need another salvage part.
For a used caliper and the bracket and slide pins wanted 70 + dollars and at autozone or orielys new is 63 was just gonna go salvage route to save a little for now. They are crooks in my book
There are 2 D&W place's right beside each other,The D&W Super Stop Store and also the D&W Salvage Yard Office..Both places have wonderful people who work there,they are very helpful and if you can't find what you need at thier stores then they will do thier best to help you find it.
Bought a Engine/Motor Box for a vehicle and it did not fit talked to Christy whom said it would. I called and talked to Christy whom was VERY rude explaining to me that IT DID FIT and she is sorry that I can't read what the policies say. I will NEVER EVER recommend or use this business for anything in the future. Keep in mind I do understand Policies but, give a wrong part to a customer and then over 40.00 lose a customer for life. The only reason I gave 1 star is the Man that is also Owner of company was in agreement that Christy was out of line and apologized but still no refund. Rainbow Auto Salvage is where we will go from now on.
Very large selection of pickup truck parts if they don't have it they will get it Christy Wade and the Gang are great people and go out of their way to help
