I was out of town when I brought my truck in for front control arms and bushings, and Taylor’s Automotive still managed to get me in and serviced the same day, which I really appreciated. The owner and employees are straightforward and honest and didn’t bother upselling to me which I really liked
I called Taylor last night at 7pm to tell him about my alternator issue. He was able to get me in this morning and had my car done today. Everything works as it should and they were super friendly! Thanks guys, yall are great!
These guys were very helpful! I was from out of town & worried about a light that had come on, on my dash. It was almost closing time but they found time to hook it up to the reader. They were knowledgeable, informative, fast/ efficient, & friendly. They seemed very trustworthy. Taylor's Automotive gets a 5 star rating from me!
If you want business. Don't be sexist or rude on the phone. Do not recommend this place if you are a woman. He will laugh at you when you try to explain what you need done.
Professional. Responsive. I am new to the area and it is comfortable to know there is a mechanic in town who says what he is going to do and does what he says.
Brought my suv in cause I had a feeling the water pump was going out and indeed it did and my heater hose was busted. They had us in and out within about an hour maybe an hour and 30 mins. Highly recommend them. Will b going back if I ever have anymore problems ?
My friend had to have her car repaired Taylor's Automotive stepped up to the plate and was able to give her the service and a very reasonable price. If I ever have to have car work done mechanic wise I will give him a call he also had a tow service that was cheaper than any other place that I've ever called for a service call
We are currently living out of the country and our daughter is a student at ECU. She went in today to have a strange noise investigated and they got her taken care of. Turned out to be a piece underneath that had came loose. They were super friendly and honest. They will definitely be our go-to for any of her vehicle needs.

Taylor and his team did a great job. The job they did was replacing both the motor mounts on my GMC Yukon XL and the oil pressure sensor. I dropped the vehicle off Monday morning and had it back Friday evening in time for our trip to Missouri. Taylor and his team were very honest and willing to work with me. I appreciate all the work you guys did. They came in under the budget I had planned for the repairs also ,which was also a plus. I will definitely be bringing my other vehicles to be worked on to you guys.
