Christopher was extremely diligent in his duties in towing my wife’s van to the dealership. Great attitude and very knowledgeable. He was patient while my wife and I decided whether or not to have the van towed, and was agreeable once a decision was made. We never felt rushed and were treated with respect the whole time. I've bought a ton of parts from them and have spent thousands bought a transmission for my 2011 f250 with a 30 day warranty.($1500) Payed to have it professionally installed for it to slip contacted the owner (within 7 days of purchase) he stated he'd make it right and get me a transmission or get me my money back. I've called 30+ times since he still hasn't got back with me and it's now been well over the 30 days since I've talked with him. I have left countless messages with his staff without receiving a single call back.
They were swamped and still had our vehicle towed home within 3 hours. Chris called as soon as he was heading to get the car and dropped it right where we needed it. He was quick, efficient, and polite. The price was super reasonable. I highly recommend them if you’re ever in a bind.
