All around crappy and scammy company. Sold car to Carvana and they damaged the wheels and front control arms when they came to get it. Luckily I took plenty of pictures and videos before handing the keys over cause Carvana tried rejecting the offer after delivery.
Jaouad saved the day! My car battery died on my lunch break right before a very important meeting. Jaouad was right there and got me jumped and back on the road in no time. Thank you so much for coming through in a crunch!
Jeff was excellent, very helpful and helped to make my time at this business quick and effective. However, the ladies running the office were rude, accusatory and clearly looking to have an issue. Right off the bat we were accused of recording, when trying to retrieve digital copies of insurance, I am from out of state and still have a paper tag that has expired during my time here, yes that is my issue but two ladies behind the desk jumped on me telling me that I was attempting to commit fraud. There’s simply nothing leaving this review can achieve other than allowing me to blow hot steam. I paid in cash which also proved to be about of contention. Then when I did not have a quarter, the woman helping me was infuriated she would have to break change from my five, rolled her eyes and made the biggest scene possible. But absolutely avoid business with them if possible.
This company has hands down given me the best experience I have had dealing with any wrecker services. Thank you for being polite and taking care of us. Special thanks to Sarah P for taking care of us and following up.
09-JUL-2025: 1st time calling this a.m., Ashley referred me to BTR in Mustang saying they were closer and would probably be cheaper. 2nd time calling this p.m., was told a wrecker would be at my location within 30 minutes; called back only to find out they didn't dispatch anyone to my location until 15 minutes after I called? The rating would be lower if it weren't for the driver who was very friendly and competent!!
I had a seizure while driving and this tow yard helped me so much. They took such good care of my car and helped my sister and I with all of the questions we had.

Tow truck driver was GREAT! THE Front counter ladies not so much as they took all the info and copies and never put it in foe the insurance. We even signed the totaled car over and our insurance company had no idea it was there for days!

Came here on Monday 6/9 to retrieve my husbands truck that broke down and was towed. Another customer was sitting next to us and the lady behind the desk named Courtney told this gentleman that he needed to move across the room because “she can’t deal with the teeth grinding”. She seemed very irritated to be at work and even cursed a few times while talking with other employees. I hope I never have to come back to this place. Extremely rude and unprofessional!
This is for Gabriellla. She consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and excellent teamwork. She made a deficult day a happy one. Also the lady who helped me at the desk was awesome, very friendly and put smile on my face multiple times, can't recall her name but she has a lil daughter. Great people.
I wouldn’t recommend this wrecker service after seeing one of their drivers going 65+ MPH down NW Expressway. The speed limit is 45 MPH. You’re going to hurt someone.
Best in the business when it comes to heavy wrecker services in and around Oklahoma City, OK. Wrecker arrived within one hour, driver(s) were highly competent and conscientious when connecting our tractor. A few days later they assisted with loading our tractor for transport back to Colorado. A REAL human answers the phone, courteous, exceptional equipment, professional operators and accommodating. A+++

I had just got off work in rush hour traffic and had a flat! A gentleman named Wayne pulled to the side of the road with his uniform still on and helped me put my spare on in less than 5 minutes!! What a blessing he was and didn't want anything in return! Just a nice guy! There needs to be more people in the world like WAYNE!
Even though my vehicle was illegally towed by an apartment manager who was mad that it was parked in supposedly her public handicap parking spot (lol) Arrow wrecker was pleasant and gave me exceptional customer service even in a frustrating situation! May 1, 2024. South OKC. 11:50a. Between S. Penn and SW 104th ST. Driver was not paying attention to the road. Was taking up two lanes multiple times. No turn signal. Thus, making everyone around having to avoid. Please fix the way that this driver was behaving.
Very helpful. Called them after waiting 3 hours for AAA to dispatch a wrecker. They said they could honor AAA and called them directly for me. They had trucks ready to dispatch and within a hour had our disabled vehicle out of the street. Sunday was a bad day in okc for driving and I realize there were a lot of calls but AAA did not help very much Arrow wrecker did.
Unfortunately I did need their services recently. They were very professional when I had to deal with them after my accident. I experienced great service with the wrecker at the site of the accident and at their wrecker yard.
They helped make an awful situation run as smooth and easy as possible. My brother was in a wreck and my father was at the hospital with him, and asked me to retrieve his things from the towed vehicle. I called to ask how I go about this and she sent an email with exactly what I needed. I sent it back and when I got there I was able to make my way back, and the staff was great, Dallas was so sweet! Having to have your car towed is less than ideal, but Arrow Wrecker Service helped ease some of that stress!
