I want to start by saying this is the best experience me or my mother has ever had with any tow truck.
My mother was involved in an accident a few days ago, Car cab is the company the police called. A young gentleman I don't exactly remember his name I'm pretty sure it was kaden or Jaiden. He got there made it quick to clean up the road so the cars got out of the way of traffic and as my mother is very distraught being in the accident this amazing young man took about 10 minutes of his time to sit there and calm my mother down explained every single detail she needed to know and even tried to comfort her from a personal standpoint. His exact words were "sweetheart your life is far more important than this car, just breathe, we will figure it out". To see such a young man be able to address a situation like that as well as promptly do the job he was called for really made me see that some people really got raised right. I highly recommend this company. I will never be using another company again.
These guys are great. Drivers are super friendly and knowledgeable about towing various cars. I have had them tow 3-4 cars of mine and never had an issue. I would highly recommend them.
Yuck husbands first wreck. Police officer called the closest tow truck company. They were five minutes away from the crash site. Took over an hour to get there. Thought the total $179.12 was a mistake so I called this morning. They were unable to tell me if they charge by mileage or tow until I gave her my ticket number and she stated it was by tow very expensive shop elsewhere.
We recently experienced an unfortunate incident involving a company vehicle being impounded due to an employee's unknowingly suspended license. At the time of impoundment, the SUV was fully loaded with essential items, including suitcases of clothing, boots, shoes, a company laptop, and completed job documents. Upon retrieving the vehicle, we discovered that all of our belongings were missing. The arresting officer confirmed that the SUV was loaded with numerous belongings when it was towed. Despite our repeated inquiries over three weeks, we were informed today that the impound facility bore no responsibility since we had removed the vehicle from their premises. Notably, the staff member who assisted with releasing the vehicle was made aware of the missing items on the day of retrieval. The entire situation was regrettable, and it is appalling that a reputable company would allow theft of personal belongings, whether by an employee or otherwise. We strongly advise maintaining detailed records, including photographs and receipts, as property safety is not guaranteed.
Showed up very quickly after our vehicle was in an accident. Friendly and very professional drivers helped us through our ordeal. office staff was also very nice and understanding.
The worst part about hitting a deer was choosing this place to tow my vehicle. From start to finish was nothing but a headache. They 100% DO NOT care about your vehicle and what kind of damage they cause.
I've called car cab for all my tows, and the 2 times I foolishly locked my keys in the car. They respond quickly and are always helpful. Even when you have one car towed and need the other one towed 2 days later. My fob died in my car one day at Academy. They got over to me quickly and even opened the fob and told me what battery's to buy for it.

I am the owner of a charter bus company. I found myself in a bind on a Saturday morning as one of my drivers had bus issues and needed to go to the shop. A young lady named Amanda awnsered the phone when I called and put all my worries to rest. She very promptly dispatched a driver named Pj and that young man got us where we needed to go so we could get back on the road. I have never called a wrecker service and been treated so well and taken care of with such respect. I will definitely be using Car Cab anytime I am in Oklahoma and will also be telling all my buddies in the business who to call. Thanks for the amazing service.
Car Cabs customer service was absolutely terrible. They were not helpful with any questions we had. They treated us like we were somehow at fault and almost like we were criminal and had done something illegal. Our car had been involved in a single car incident with no other vehicles involved. Our insurance company tried to reach out to the yard to pick up the vehicle, and they told them it was not there. When I called to check with Car Cab, the individual who took my call was very rude to me and told me the car was not there. I insisted they look. He then admitted the car was there, and never offered up an apology or even "my mistake". Do NOT use this company! Horrible service.
Stew and Chris were live savers and helped me with my tire when nobody else would I’m forever grateful for them taking time out for there day and being so kind and helpful will only use this company going forward
Broke down in the middle of the road during rush hour. The dispatcher was super kind and helpful and got a truck to me quickly. The driver was also equally helpful and kind. Truly appreciate their assistance!
The first person that we dealt with was a little hostile. But we came back a second day and had a great experience. Also highly recommend dealing with Dana. He was one of the nicest guys I’ve met and hooked us up with a good deal. Wasn’t a fan of the late night fee of $30 and wasn’t a fee of needing cash.
From working in wrecker service in Texas I recommend these guys. We had a fire truck break down in okc and they quickly showed up with nice equipment and towed it for us at a very reasonable rate.
This place is the Worst of the Worst !!!! My car got impounded 2 days after paper tags from dealership expired, the wrecker service gives you 30 days to claim your vehicle before taking ownership. In those 30 days I was having to go back and forth with the dealership to get the paperwork so that the proper names where going to be on the title so I could register the car. When I finally got the title correction paperwork and went to register my car, just hours prior Car Cab filed for ownership. I stayed in contact with the wrecker service so they knew I was actively doing what it took to get my car . It took me being very very persistent to speak to management I was then informed they would work with me by having to buy my car back and 10 grand could start the negotiation. Almost every cent I had went to buying the car, i was single Mom going through divorce and barely had enough to cover registering it.
Very nice and helpful all 19 of them, Lol! But I think when word spread that I was there to collect the items from my car and just sign it over to them, I think they wanted to know if the driver survived or how long they may be in the hospital. Ok about 6 or 7 not 19 . I almost gave them the 5 stars but the could decide to charge or not to charge but since the charged I had to charge them a ⭐ star .

I had the misfortune of purchasing a car, only to experience a series of unfortunate events that turned into an absolute nightmare. First, I made the grave mistake of allowing my daughter's husband behind the wheel. Big mistake. He managed to get into a dreadful accident that led to the car being towed to the infamous "Car Cab" lot.
Trying to get my car back from these people was like trying to negotiate peace in a war zone. Countless calls were made, but it seemed like they had a "keep the car hostage" policy. It was as if they took pleasure in tormenting distraught customers. I mean, I get it, accidents happen, but their utter lack of compassion and professionalism was appalling.
After what felt like an eternity of frustration and futile attempts, I had to resort to employing a third-party collision company just to sweet talk those heartless souls at "Car Cab" into releasing my poor vehicle. It shouldn't take a diplomatic negotiation to retrieve your own property!
Overall, this whole ordeal was an absolute disaster. "Car Cab" embodies everything wrong with customer service—indifferent, uncooperative, and downright infuriating. Save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs. If I could rate them lower than zero stars, I would. Trust me, you don't want to be caught in their web of incompetence and apathy.
To my knowledge, these guys are the ONLY wrecker service recognized by PETA for rescuing a cow that had fallen into a swimming pool. I love milk so five stars for them!
Not sure if they can help you with that one relative whose backside has grown to proportions that necessitate a winch to remove them from furniture but....... again....... they got a COW out of a SWIMMING POOL!
Everyone at Car Cab Wrecker Service was amazing! Our car was totaled and they were very kind and helpful while they had my car. We were able to get our belongings out of the car with our title and $15. They explained the process and made our experience much less stressful! I highly recommend this business for your wrecker service needs!
I haven’t went through this service. How ever on I 40 I watched this service truck try and run 2 cars into the cement barrier. Kind of ironic trying to cause two wrecks when you’re a towing business for people that getting wrecks smh.
Very easy to work with! I think the rates were a little high but I used them twice and they arrived very quickly both times. Paige helped me over the phone and she was very helpful! My driver, Ronnie was also a really good guy, friendly and helpful!
