I called them because the vehicle was broke down on the side of the road just try to sell it to them and they did not want to come pick it up so zero Stars
This is the second vehicle I’ve sold to them. It’s such a headache relief. It’s easier to just accept a bit less for it and have someone just come pick it up and hand you cash than negotiate with 30 strangers and show it to 15 people just to get another couple hundred.
Easy to work with, respectful to property, fair on vehicle value.
If you don’t want to risk dealing with strangers and sketchy people, this is an excellent option!

I thought I received a very fair offer for the car. They said would pick up within 24-48 hours and they delivered as promised. Instructions on title sign in was very clear and the driver picked up the car was pleasant and gave me the check on the spot after he checked the title. Overall a very positive experience. I highly recommend.

Was told my car would be picked up today and was scheduled for pick for 1-5pm. No one called so I called to inquire when my car was getting picked up, and they told me that since it was already 5 they wouldn’t come today. But no one called to let me know that they piled not be able to make it today, and know I have to miss another day of work and I still don’t have a confirmed time for pick up so it still might not get picked up tomorrow. If you are looking for a place to be punctual and do what they actually said look else where.
Set up car to sell with title and keys. They were nice on phone and told me that they would need me to be around from 8am- 4pm. Yuck but ok. My mother’s birthday was today so I sat around. They said I would have a way to contact driver so I would have a better time eta. Then trying to find a better eta I called 3 times thruout the day. Told me it was an independent driver and couldn’t give me a number. At 5pm I was notified by the driver that they was just contacted and it would be Monday. I took off work lost 200 in revenue and couldn’t go see my mom on her birthday and now they want me to do it again. Terrible service I will find a different buyer. They obviously do not care about others time in a rural area.
I think the lady’s name was Sierra. I gave her the model number of my car that just died. She said she could give $230. She realized I gave her the wrong model. She gave me $300. Only companies that are truly customer oriented do that.

Just did a deal on my 2014 Toyota Yaris a week ago but never got my promised check of $950 for it on the day it was towed and still haven’t received it in the mail. Haven’t been communicated back on what is going on either. Completely infuriating process just to not get paid at all.

The entire process was smooth. They paid me exactly what they quoted. The only issue I had was the customer service never arranged for pickup. I had to call the local company myself and speak with dispatch to get scheduled. If your car isn’t picked up within 24 hours call the number in the email and use the option for dispatch. More than likely they didn’t know you were waiting on a tow.

Thank you! * The only drawback I can think of is that I had to wait until the truck hit the lot back at Cars For Cash before the check funds were released and THEN the bank finally cashed the check...it was only a few hours, but I wish they would have been upfront about that small detail because at first it tripped me out !!! And in most cases selling a car to another individual is even less headache than dealing with these types of services who will want you to take 20 photos of the car, photos of the title, your driver's license and current insurance and registration.

It's a 2007 JGC Overland edition. Has custom suede interior, real bird's eye maple woodgrain, dvd in the front and back, loaded, sunroof heated seats, 4wd, 3.0l v6 Turbo diesel OM642 Mercedes Benz diesel motor that runs sprinter vans 500,000 -600,000 miles. It's a $9500 motor to buy rebuilt with 220,000 "super high miles" according to them the 2007 model should only have around 135,000. Doing the math that's driving an average of about 7miles a day. I mean these people will just say anything under the sun. They check nothing before it exits their mouth. Anyway another true review for you. Save yourself 20 min that's guaranteed to leave you disgusted.
I obtained an offer to purchase my vehicle from a representative with Cash for Cars and accepted the offer. I was instructed to get my title signed and notarized to move forward with the purchase. I had to order a duplicate title and was told to follow up when complete.
After I got the title signed, I tried to reach back out to my representative I had been working with. After being passed from person to person being told my rep “wasn’t in today” “was at lunch” “in a meeting” and “you can talk to me, she’s my assistant”, it became clear I wasn’t going to get to talk to the same person I had been working with.
While talking to a new rep, we discussed the offer that had been made and I was told that offer wasn’t in their database and the price was way too high and I was offered less than half of the original offer. I pushed back HARD and told the new rep (who told me my original rep was his assistant) that I felt like I was getting the run around. He told me that the offer I mentioned must have never happened and that the original rep I talked to didn’t have the authority to make me an offer. I then suggested that we schedule a call between this man, my original rep, and their supervisor so we could find out who was lying and get to the bottom of the situation.
I was told I would be transferred to a supervisor immediately.
20 minutes later I get a message saying they would accept the deal as arranged previously. No talk with a supervisor, no apology, just the realization that they had been caught in a scam.
After all of this, the local company (copart) that picked up the car and issued the check did a great job. BUT I will never work with Cash for Cars again.
