Cody is very respectful and their pricing is fantastic! I didn’t end up using them as planned, because another company illegally towed my car off by mistake and had to tow it back to me to return it free of charge. Had that mistake not happened, I absolutely would have used Sergio’s towing services! They are prompt, affordable, and kind!

I called this morning to have an abandoned vehicle removed from my property and in less than a half hour, Sergio’s guy showed up! I believe his name was Dakota. He was kind, clear about the process and to be honest, BEAUTIFUL!!! I won’t recommend Sergio’s Wrecking service because of the fellas good looks, but I absolutely will recommend them because when I called they were polite and honest with the timing of availability and they followed through with it.
I called Sergios after waiting over an hour for Tow Mate to send me a truck. Sergio was quick, responsive, way better at communicating and making it less stressful for me. Also arrived within 30 min. It was also 100 degrees and I had been sitting on NW expressway for 2 hrs. So glad I found Sergio so I didn't have to wait another hour or longer.
Jay was prompt and very kind when it came to a sudden change in plans regarding my tow, the prices were by far the best around and service time was incredibly quick. 10/10 for all.
Apparently this company thinks it's okay to block the entire driveway to a business and then they also think it's okay to be incredibly rude to you when you call them to let them know that one of their employees is blocking the entrance way to a business. If you want to find it tow truck company that is rude and doesn't care about anything but their job then this is the one for you!
From Lydia in the office to Dominic the driver who came to help me out, I was extremely impressed with the wonderful level of customer service and professionality from Sergios. I will be using them again and recommending them to others.

I needed a tow service, I didn't have the key, and I had a missing tire. I watch a young man name Bradley, he work with patience, persistence, and excellence....in a very timely manner. We have a Tesla Model Y that recently got a flat that required a tow. Sergio’s Towing Service was so fast to come help us bring our car in to get a new tire. Dominic was very kind and informative. During the tow, one of the straps ended up breaking a valve on a different tire. We did not see this happen, but as soon as we got there with the truck Dominic told us about it and accepted responsibility to fix it. He was so up front with everything and apologetic. We were able to get it fixed quickly and get our new tire from the original flat and Dominic followed up with use multiple times the next day to ensure what he gave us covered what we owed to fix it (it did).
We would absolutely recommend this company, we had a great experience and appreciated Dominic’s work and honesty! Thank you!
They gave an ETA of 40 better then other towing companies and within 5 mins Dom was there. Took care of my son with a quickness. Thank you so very much. Great friendly service, fast , great prices , fast hook, no damage people say u get what u pay for i dont think thats true cause the aervice i got should of costed may more then what it did. After a nasty phone call with another local towing service in town, I called Sergio's to help me move a car that I bought on Copart to my house. The price was fair, the service was friendly and quick. Customer service over the phone, as well as in person, was incredible. I'll always use Sergio's, and recommend them to others!
Exactly one week ago on Saturday November 18, 2023, my mom and I were helped by a legend in the tow truck business named James. If he isn't a legend yet, then he should be. Those are my words,not his but I'd speak highly of his work ethic nonetheless. This man has been through things you wouldn't believe and yet he still does his job with a smiling face. He values the company he works for and spoke highly of the Sergio name. He got us to and from the location we needed to be at in a very efficient manner and gave us a positive outlook on the entire situation. The last 3 drivers that I've used from this company have been far above average and set the bar for excellent customer service. If you need a company to do it, then this is the one I'd recommend with flying colors.
Service was impeccable. The phone was answered, questions were answered and service was prompt! Matt called me before to reassure me of my location, when he arrived he was very helpful. He took time to do his job and make sure was attached to the truck. He dropped my car off at Walmart and wished me well! Great experience in a panicked and scared mama with two kids! I had a flat and used them to tow me to the tire shop in this 100 degree heat and they were great. Customer service fast and easy and the driver was very quick and efficient and overall was a nice person. 10/10 recommend their service.
Sergio's was really great. Fantastic service ! The gentleman who handled my tow was impressive and very good at his job. They were on time and professional. The driver went above and beyond, crosstown with my huge crew cab dually, parked on a dime, and saved me a huge hassle dropping my vehicle exactly where I needed it. Bottom line, Sergio's went out of their way and I couldn't have been more impressed. Best in OKC hands down! I wouldn't call anyone else for a tow !!
Dominique came out to my home and towed my van to the mechanic for me. He was nice, professional and careful with my vehicle. He did a great job!. The experience from the start was great. Got a quote over the phone then the driver showed up on time. There is great value in the service this company offers. I will recommend to anyone needing a tow service, got several business cards from the driver and saved their number in my phone.
I don’t leave reviews unless the service is exceptional. Today my van broke down in the middle of NW Expressway with no shoulder. Called Sergios due to proximity hoping someone could come quick. Tow driver was immediately dispatched, and the owner himself came and parked his truck behind my van until his guy got there so other drivers wouldn’t rear end my parked van. As a business owner, I understand that is going above and beyond, and I would give 11 out of 10 stars if I could.
Cody and Sergio were amazing in helping me move my 40 foot school bus! Great communication and rates. Will use for all my future towing needs! Thanks guys.
