Amazing people to work with! As a small Hotshot trucking company this wrecker service has got to be the most honest and easy to work with. I called telling Bryan that our truck was down about 15 miles outside of town. Bryan began trying to help us look for a mechanic as soon as he heard our troubles. He took our driver to the hotel along with our equipment and then stated he would help our driver the next day help position the trailer to off load onto another trailer. All the respect in the world for this company. I have had many tows companies come to tow us and you need know what you are going to get. With Bryan and his company you are going to get the utmost integrity.
While traveling from one coast to the other this summer with my travel trailer, three tires decided to blow in OK. The last two and the leaf spring bracket that broke off created an extra day in OK. Cavin Towing came to my rescue at 12:30am, proceeded to get my rig off the highway and provide me help, a welder and sanity. They may excel at assisting customers in need, but what about those who don’t need help? The towing industry often deals with aggravated clients, which likely leads to many controversial situations. In my case, my apartment complex—which is at fault for the towing of my vehicle—showed little concern for my situation, as did this company. When I called the company seeking answers, I was instead bombarded with a condescending attitude. From the start, Cavin made it clear that he wouldn’t allow me to communicate effectively, even before I became frustrated. He lacked the basic principles of customer service, leading me through a series of judgmental interactions. He gave me the impression that he would help me, only after stripping away my dignity. Cavin, if you were as collected and professional as you claimed to be during our interaction, you wouldn’t have treated me the way you did. I hope you’ll learn to stop criticizing and judging individuals based on their circumstances.
