Look I understand you need employees. And it's probably tough to find intelligent ones. But when you're in a quiet neighborhood with four houses And your drivers with nothing to do or sitting on the street with their loud diesels running. Lights shining in people's faces for over an hour while cussing loudly about whatever they were going to do. Is really not appreciated. If you guys could refrain from that I guess we can not make issues of it. Thanks
I’ve had to retrieve a motorcycle from them before and a show truck more recently. Both were impounded by the city of Bethany. Can’t say I would have given 5 starts when getting my Harley out, BUT I greatly appreciate them not damaging the bike. Many tow companies don’t ensure that operators know how to secure a motor property. Most blow out the front shocks, break things, even had on lay a bike over while driving. So big points for that. On my more recent experience with my show truck that was wrongfully taken due to Bethany’s Code enforcement department: The vehicle is a square body Suburban that is slammed (meaning the body sits 2 to 4 inches at most off the ground. Being that low and long is easy to damage but I retrieve it with no damage from the tow. Unfortunately I don’t recall the name of the guy who helped us when I went to get it out, but he was patient, friendly and actually helped unlike most places (including Bob Roger’s when handling the Harley). Even stayed a little over closing till we got it loaded up. Was the easiest experience I’ve had handling an impounded vehicle in regards to the towing company.
