Fast, honest, and friendly! They diagnosed my dead battery in minutes, replaced it on the spot, and had me back on the road quickly. We worked with the manager, Brandon, and Issac, who replaced the battery. They both went above and beyond to diagnose the problem and resolve it. Highly recommend! Amazing customer service.
I love this O'Reilly's on South Western right before 59th Street it's always very friendly service very friendly drivers . Been shopping at the store for over 20 years feel guilty if I go anywhere else
Their service people need to know what they're doing when they talk to somebody on the phone they give one price and then when you get there it's another price
went to Walmart for my oil change and they didn't have the air filter needed on my Titan so they sent me here, thankfully the younger gentlemen that helped me, didn't get his name, tall skinny, dark hair, maybe around his mid 20s about my son's age, he was kind enough to switch out the old one to the new one, I've been here before for other stuff too but I just wanted to let the pubic know that there are kind people out there and it is a recommended Auto Parts store to go to if you're in the area.
Brandon was so nice and willing to help me when my alternator died. He tested it and we had a laugh about how messed up it was. He then had a replacement in stock and he got me all sorted out. He was a very kind gentleman and I was greatly surprised and pleased!
Bryan was the most helpful employee I've come across. I've been to Auto zone, Napa, etc and I'm here to tell you that Bryan is friendly and knowledgeable. Great personality and very welcoming for your business. This guy needs to be training other employees! Very impressive 👏...
O'Reilly has always been my goto place for parts. I liked O'Reilly's so much I even went to work for them a few years ago. Lol. Their knowledgeable staff will help you if you're working on that DIY project or if you are a seasoned auto mechanic.

I have been to many places that could not give me an answer to my car issues but here I can get the answer pretty much everytime and as a woman it's amazing.great workers as well.

They are very friendly makes you feel very welcome and are very helpful. Always helpful. They look stuff up if they don't have it or even if it's something that they don't even sell.
I walk in this store ,and they're only 2 cashier .1 guy was helping a customer,and the other 1 cashier,was on the phone.now I am standing thier waiting for 15 minutes this act like I wasn,t standing thier.I finely walk out.This has happen 3 times. if you are African American.they treat you different.I will not spend my money there anymore! So I am letting everybody know don,t go there!
They're probably one of the better part stores in this part of it state of Oklahoma what takes days to get from other brands of stores and take it merely hours for them to order and get to their store so you can pick up plus they're people more knowledgeable mechanically
I went to this store because I was confident that I would get the help and service I needed. Boy was I wrong. I was ignored by two guys at front counter and when I finally got someone to actually ask me if I needed help, he could not take it upon himself to walk from behind the counter to show me where the item was he was rude and disrespectful. This is the first time I have ever had anyone from an O'Reilly store treat me this way. I really got the feeling it was because I am a woman and I was in a man's space. Needless to say, I left went two blocks down the road to your competition and I was treated very nicely and found what I needed. I will never go back to this store again.
Called in ahead to ask if I can get my rotors turned. Was told by Dave it'd be about 2 hours before they could get to them. I came back 2 and a hf hours later and they still aren't done and in front of everyone Dave smarts off that he told me it'd be 2 hours. I guess he didn't check the clock bc it's been 2 and 1/2 hours and I'm still waiting. I won't be back. Very poor customer service.
Came into the store and was already upset because my vehicle was acting up and a very knowledgeable girl named Carlea was the biggest help ever she had a great attitude and knew what she was doing. I truly appreciated it.
Went in to purchase a new battery for my vehicle. Received extremely poor customer service from a kid named Mark. I was already not having a good day with my vehicle down....I certainly didn’t need a snobby and very condescending attitude from a kid that started immediately when me and my son-in law walked thru the door. Not coming back to this store. I wish there was a lower rating.
Called to get a blower motor for a 1999 Honda Civic. Before calling this joke of a store we looked on their website which showed they did not have the pronged blower motor in the store however it could be shipped. Alex the manager proceeded to explain that they were wrong and couldn't get it. So called Auto zone their website showed they did not have it in store but again could be shipped to their store. A miracle happened!!!! They got the part ordered and we will go pick it up tomorrow. Thank goodness Auto zone hires competent employees!!!!!
I've been to this store many times and most of the time service is ok. However, today the service was HORRIBLE. I asked an employee how the rewards program works and he told me he didn't know. Then I asked another question and he said "I guess". Guess I'll be going to autozone... I didn't get the name of the guy that helped me but he was wearing a snap-on jacket and snap-on hat.
