Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at an auto parts store. Rick helped me as soon as I walked in, was really easy to talk to, and made sure I got exactly what I needed without making it complicated. He actually took the time to double-check everything and explain things, which I really appreciated. The whole visit was quick, smooth, and just genuinely helpful. I’ll definitely be back.

Asked them to do a diagnosis test on my truck and they could not get a reading they said it had to do something with the port so I left there and went to AutoZone and they were able to do it right away so I would pick AutoZone over ORiley's

Ive always gotten great service at this location. However, today Lucas went above expectations. Ever since I lost my husband, any safety issue sends me down a spiral. I dont know this town well enough to know what to do. Or where to go. I went inside a chaotic mess. He was calm, professional, and looked at my issue. Told me exactly what was wrong. Unfortunately not something we could fix right there. He sent me to a reputable mechanic close by. I was SAFE within an hour. May not seem like a big deal to most, but it is.

Lucas got not one but two of my parts wrong with part numbers clear as day on the ones I need. Had to wait the next day to get the wrong part ordered when they had the right parts in stock. The other employees help me and I was in and out in 5 minutes thanks to the ones who actually know how to do there job! O’Rileys of Purcell

Absolutely loved my experience, I was very nervous because I have never been in a parts store alone. I was greeted by a man named Jay, he helped me get what I needed and installed a battery for me. Thank you for choosing great employees.

Jay helped me out a lot in the last couple weeks trying to figure out what’s been draining my battery. Turns out it’s a simple starter. Dude is all around a good guy and I recommend you ask for him.

This place Man where do I start. I was frequenting it for the first 3 weeks until the big old hefty boy that's working there It looks like he needs a wheelchair made a comment to me about not looking like I was very disabled when in fact I am disabled and I just didn't pull my handicap out and put it on my mirror. He said he don't look very handicapped to me! I said well yeah you look pretty damn handicapped to me so I guess we're even since I really am and you should be lol. I don't deal with that kind of smartass talk. I definitely come from a different time because the time I come from wouldn't put up with no lip from a man of his stature lol So yeah he ran me off and I was in there at least two or three times a week. Took my business down the street to AutoZone. Good luck having a mouthy guy like that working there.

Very thankful to God for O'Reilly Auto Parts today, and in particular for the man there who helped me (Alan was his name, I believe). Being out of town, and discovering my radiator fluid levels had been below minimum was the cherry on top of an already hard and exhausting week away from home. Filling radiator fluid isn't rocket science, but for a person who doesn't know anything about cars, even the most minor of issues and simplest of tasks can feel daunting. Not only did this gentleman look up to find the needed type of fluid for my car as well as explain my product options, but he also came out to look and ensure I truly needed the fluid before ringing me up for the product! Wow! Then, he wiped the last remaining bits of my anxiety away by filling the fluid for me. Such simple goodness truly goes a long way. Thank you for the wonderful service! Keep on doing good, Alan; it DOES make a difference. God bless you always!

All of the employees were friendly and courteous. The store manager Alan, was very knowledgeable, answering my questions in a way understood his answer to my question. This store always clean and well stocked. I have gone into other auto parts stores, and had bad experiences (parts not in stock when I was told they had it.) ( guaranteed it was the right part for my vehicle, and it wasn't). I will never go there again. By far in my eyes O'Reilly Auto Parts Is superior to all others.

I spent 4 days and a little over a grand beefing up my electrical system in my 2017 expedition to handle a solid sound system (0 experience with turbo charged engines or later model fords in general) so naturally I had some inquiries about safest practices (there's an alarming lack of YouTube videos on my vehicle and it's systems) I was trying to remove the reservoir line as it was blocking my access to the alternator but I couldn't for the life of me figure out the damn lock/clamp mechanism no pinch or screw hose clamp anywhere on the line but it was definitely secured autozone legitimately told me it was single use and to break it off and install regular hose clamp smfh I described the line and the apparent locking mechanism to the guy at O'Reillys I pulled an identical albeit much larger lock of the same type and demonstrated how to remove and it was literally as simple and 5 pounds of pressure applied in the right spot at the right angle. Also the only place in 15 miles that carries vehicle audio system wire greater than 2 gauge

I just wanted to say thank you to the gentlemen that were working yesterday, June 9. I was 220 miles from home. I had driven from Dallas, TX to Pauls Valley with little to no air conditioning. I stopped at the place across the street and was ignored and then they were unhelpful and seemed to just push for the sale. I left annoyed and went across the road and when I walked in I was helped immediately. I asked questions to ensure I was getting not only the right product but also where to put it and how to use it. I was treated respectfully and everyone was very kind. I’m a woman and that’s not always the case when I need help. I appreciate the assistance and customer service I received.

This O’Reilly’s in Purcell, OK was one of the highlights on our cross country trek. Huge thanks to manager Lucas Pariseau for helping us. We stopped in for windshield wipers, but found several products to solve other truck discomforts. This the kind shopping-therapy every traveler needs. Lucas was so personable and knowledgeable. We can’t thank you enough for assisting us. We will always think well of O’Reilly’s and Oklahoma!!

I went in to the Purcell O’Reilleys to get a headlight bulb. I ended up buying 2 bulbs plus a cap for my windshield wiper fluid and something to hold down a plastic part under my hood. A very nice and knowledgable man named Lucas helped me with all of these items and also installed all of them for me. I am a widow so I was very thankful for the help. My headlights were also very oxidized. I asked him about what to do and he immediately said let me go get something. He came out and cleaned both my headlights with glass cleaner and then sprayed something on them and they cleared right up. I also bought the glass cleaner and spray for my headlights for when I might need them in the future and to show my family and friends what it can do for their headlights. I had tried numerous items to clean them and nothing worked. So thankful I went to O’Reilley and thankful for Lucas for all his help.

Today when my battery died at a gas station in Purcell, I happened to ask Jeremy, a district manager, if he had jumper cables. He didn’t but he immediately called the local store and had someone come to give me a jump. Maddy was the one who came to help. I can’t thank them both enough for taking the time to help and going above and beyond to make sure I had a jump & new battery!! Highly recommend the store.

I will never do service with this O'Reilly's in Purcell, OK again! We called on our way there and told them the urgency of the emergency we were having. We asked them to set everything out, and if we could pay over the phone, that was not an option. We got there as absolutely fast as we could, and we walked in at 8 o’clock on the nose with cash in hand. The manager on duty would not sell us a part because he had already counted his drawer down before 8. The manager started cussing how inconvenienced he was. They are the least helpful O’Reillys I have ever been in my life, and I will never go there again. Their profanity and rudeness for us being right at 8 o’clock is unacceptable. RUDE, PROFANITY, UNACCEPTABLE. NEVER AGAIN!

Eh I could say allot about the store good and bad but I don't feel like being on here typing for 20 min. Most the young guys don't know what they are doing and the older guys in the evenings don't know much more and use there position to leave customers to the younger employees and disappear to the back. Used to be a good older guy in the mornings but not sure now I work to much nowadays.

One day my husband and I go in there and the staff are friendly and very helpful, the very next day, we go back up there to price something and as we are going to the door, they lock it. I know it was close to closing time, but one of them saw us out there and knew we were fixing to come in and locked the doors. I gave 3 stars, because of the day prior, but if this had happened on the first day, it would have definitely been one star, considering you can't vote less than a single star when posting review

The Irish do it again! The best experience and true customer service. They turned my rotors in record time and were very service oriented. I didn't know you get your rotors turned for free if you buy your brakes there. Best auto parts experience.
