I dealt with another U-Haul in Weatherford and they were extremely unhelpful, and rude before going to H&H. They were extremely helpful, kind and considerate. I would choose them 10 out of 10 times before ever going back to the other U-Haul place. You guys were our heroes!!!!

Best best best auto salvage place in town. If u need a good used tire or a car part, this is the place to go. The owner is very nice and will help u get whatever you need. Reasonable prices.
Not sure who manages this account or business - however your front desk lady was INCREDIBLY rude and unhelpful.
The lack of basic human decency was very mind blowing to me. The workers were nothing short of kind but the face of your business made your company look terrible. Do something about it!
Jacoby at H and H was amazing. We ran into tire issues about 100 miles west of OKC on a drive back to Canada on the I40. Our run flat spare would only support 50 miles at 50 mph. Jacoby got us set-up and worked through some special circumstances to look after us and towed us to our hotel in Yukon on a Sunday evening.
He suggested a tire supplier for the next day who was also excellent and able to get us on our way the next morning . I would highly recommend H and H and Jacoby. The famous Oklahoma friendliness and support sure shone through.

I have been trying too get my truck out of impound all day here. It was impounded because I ran out of gas and parked it for an hour and they whoever’s taking calls there has been lieng too me since 4:00 and now won’t answer
We were disabled in our RV near Weatherford in February. Our roadside assistance called H&H for us. At first the lady on roadside assistance was sending us to Clinton for the problem, but Jacobey suggested towing us to Vidal's in Weatherford since the RV dealer doesn't work on transmissions. He got us into town safe and sound! Very pleased! Thanks!
They used their social media platform to make fun of a serious wreck that they were called to. Very unprofessional behavior. This was a very traumatic event for the persons involved and to be made fun of by the ones who are supposed to be there to help is just ridiculous! Do not use them unless you want to be made fun of!
I’ve called several times to ask about parts and the lady in the office has no idea about anything what so ever or Evan try to help. I can see what I need out in the yard but she still will tell you they don’t have it. I wouldnt Evan waste my time calling these people.
Had a blowout on I40 just two miles east of Weatherford. I called my ERS and they dispatched H&H. I called H&H as soon as I knew who was dispatched and let them know the real facts of what had happened knowing how Good Sam Emergency Road Service is - and a good thing too - they would have come out with the wrong equipment if I had not called. Faster than i expected, I saw the truck pulling in with lights a blaring. He changed out our tire, helped repair the destroyed fender and put our spare on in a few minutes. He rocked it.
The people are rude. When I called to ask about a couple of decent looking car bodies, the lady working immediately shut me down saying "it's junk, its junk, they're all junk" before I could even finish asking about each vehicle orr what I wanted the vehicle for.
We needed gas so we called out roadside service. They were useless however H&H came to our rescue. He took my husband to get gas (we are a big family and he couldn't fit us all) on his way back he even have us a jump as our battery died due to a problem with our truck. When you need help these are the guys to call. They are kinder then most and are truly amazing people. To the driver thank you so much for saving us. You are truly a gift.
These ppl towed my truck. Not a problem except for the fact that the driver backed into my truck when trying to hook up to it and damaged my bumper. Then they didn't tell me about it. Not very professional.
Super rude! I called to buy a bumper and a lady said she won't ship and hung up on me! Without knowing who I am she just got nasty and hung up on me. I tried to call back to let her know I have someone in Oklahoma that could come get it for me, and she wouldn't even answer the phone. I don't know what kind of customer service training this woman received, but if she were my employee talking to my customers that way, and refusing to sell my parts, she would be fired. This business is probably suffering as a result of having someone with zero customer service skills answering the phone.
Best place in western oklahoma to find good gently used parts that have been tested before sale of almost any item. Competitive rates and knowlegable staff.
