I broke down on a road trip on the 40, at midnight on a Friday night, in 20° weather, so I called these folks and they answered right away. He was there within 20 mins tops and hauled my car to a local shop. The driver's name was Monte, and he was the most friendly, warm, welcoming person. He gave me local advice on shops, and because I didn't have a jacket, he gave me his personal hoody so that I wouldn't freeze. If I could give 6 stars I would. Hands down, top notch service and really helped me out! Thank you Monte!!!
they got a dodge 5500 to get me out of the thomas fay bridge river like 200 feet in the water because i was hauling sand and i wasnt wrapped up rpms and and the water was up and the traction control wasnt off worst case scenario when in doubt gas it should have been throwing sand in no reverse duh thanks for the wrecker service yall! the cable was like 3/8th cable i think thats 14000 pound rated. driving in the river costed me 8900 in transmission and transfer case lol thanks cavin for helping me get out of the river. i wont haul too much sand any more.

We cannot fully express how pleased we are with the service provided by Monte from Cavin Wrecker Service. After experiencing a blowout on I-40 near Weatherford, OK, we contacted several towing companies. Due to Oklahoma law, towing both a tractor and trailer to a shop requires two separate tows. However, Monte offered us a solution that significantly reduced our overall costs. He allowed us to park our trailer at his shop for a minimal daily fee, which made a huge difference in getting us back on the road. Monte was courteous and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. We are extremely satisfied with the service we received.
Monte was a lifesaver after getting mishandled by AAA service and waiting for 3 hrs on Highway 40 West. We were fortunate to get hold of Amber and Monte at Cavin Wrecker Service. Monte took the time to find a shop that would take care of our tire blowout, came to our rescue within half an hour and towed our car to the shop before they closed. So me and my family are from Kentucky… we were traveling to Vegas whenever we had a blow out and felt stranded. We thought that the blow out was the only concern but it happened to be much more than that. Monte then checked under my hood and not even 1 minute later he told me I needed a new Harmonic Balance and a new belt. even though majority of everything was closed.. he took matters into his own hands and helped us out. Monte was the greatest guy and we can’t be more grateful for him. I would recommend anyone to see him!
My insurance company sent them out with my roadside assistance coverage. The driver was at my location within 15 minutes and was very helpful and thorough. I thought I was going to half to follow the driver but he handled everything at the shop. Me and my wife greatly appreciate the friendly service. I highly recommend this company.
Monte the problem solver! I can’t say enough good things about this company! Monte came to the rescue with a days notice to pick up and deliver rock for our house! We had the hardest time getting someone to actually deliver the rock to us and after 10 minutes on the phone, Monte said he could help us. I highly recommend this company!

Mudflap bracket was bent got it fixed in like 30 mi s and mud flap replaced, much quiker then a Loves but cost more but good thing Im a company driver and had to get a flat tire replaced as well but I was able to park rite outside the property and wait
I was headed back to Albuquerque, when a metal slapping noise came from under my truck. Pulled over quickly to the side of the road thinking it was a flat tire, snapped alternator belt or something. Called the Cavin Wrecker Service and Monte showed up twenty minutes or so. He asked me where I was and I didn't know. Monte explained how to send a pin from my iPhone for my location. Monte also had his 5 grandkids in the truck who sang German folk songs along the trip back to the shop. Very sweet and can't wait until my daughters have families of their own. It was 34 miles from Weatherford. Very professional about every aspect of his operation. The extra mile extended to my mother "Velma 91yrs" make us feel like we were his long lost cousins. I told him, his wife and himself should come to Albuquerque the first week of October for "Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta". He said that was on his bucket list. We exchanged numbers and I felt glad so to breakdown to get a chance to meet such a wonderful couple! Best wishes Monte and family.

We had a tire fly off our vehicle while traveling through Weatherford. Robert showed up quickly considering the circumstances of the evening. Loaded up our truck, dropped it at a well recommended mechanic's shop, then patiently waited while my kids and I unloaded our luggage from our vehicle and took us to a local hotel for the night. He was very nice and friendly and I don't think I would have survived the night without his kindness. Best wrecker service in town!
What a great experience. We we broke down on the interstate, Monty and his team towed us fixed the car and got us back on trip in 3 hours. He went out of his way to take care of us. I highly recommend his shop.

I didn’t know I should leave the key with the car overnight so he could unlock it. Monty decided to get my car for me despite my mistake. I was stuck in the epic blizzard of Feb 2021 with gelled fuel. Got a quick tow with a very reasonable rate - got a break on the price since they sent out the heavy wrecker to get me taken care of faster and the time to hook up was longer than usual. Highly recommended.

We experienced a low air tire on an outside dually on our Class A diesel pusher at a large lake recreation area. Called for roadside assistance early on a Friday morning. They could not find anyone who would take the call. Our roadside assistance called back Saturday morning and still could not find someone who would take the call. I then told them that I was very dissapointed in their service. Then within an hour they had found Cavin Wrecker Service who was "out of network". Within an hour and a half, this company had called to verify exactly what was needed, exactly where we were located and when he would be here. Monte Blatnick arrived, evaluated my issue, filled my tire and found a leaky valve stem and was done within 30 minutes. I absolutely would use them again and will reccomend them to anyone when they have need within this area! Thank you Monte! Service is your business!

Cavin provided the best pricing (by far) and great service getting the trucks and rigs to their destination without any problems or worry. They were very responsive from our first call all the way through delivery and follow up.
Monte and the rest of the team were professional, courteous and competent, especially regarding the handling of the logistics, special permitting and actual transportation of the equipment.
Cavin made sure all the equipment was road-worthy and provided us with all of the necessary information for consideration upfront. The final bill came in at the quoted price without any surprises. We also appreciated the help with some ad-hoc minor repairs and refueling support that they provided in advance of getting our equipment on the road.

Monte was professional, polite and despite have a (literal) truck fire to deal with he made my life easier. As a fleet maintenance professional my life would be vastly improved if every wrecker service had the equipment, know how, and professional attitude that the folks at Cavin Wrecker had. They will be my first choice for any truck in our fleet (just over 4K trucks) in that area going forward.
