Randy was very rude and I will take my business to auto zone.tried going in again today and bought some power steering Lucas fluid said it was $12.99 got to the register and it said $14.99 plus taxes total $16.09 I guess the public has to look at tags closely and do there job.
Went in this morning asking a question about thread sealant i would need for a car project got treated horrible for asking a question i normally only shopped there but now i wont be returning.
Super helpful with checking part fit, ordering parts not in stock. They also test batteries and alternators & can even completely recharge your dead battery, which I have personally utilized many times. They install your wiper blades which I nice because that's a pain to do.
Advance auto parts sells VERY good parts, they also sell "economy grade" parts. It all depends on how much you want to pay, for me its nothing but the best!
Very helpful staff also installed my wiper blade that I needed the wiper blade that was needed they were quick courteous and had them merchandise that I needed without meeting the order it.
Rude employee with no mask. Stopped by Marietta Ohio store around 1045am and only 2 customers in store, manager was helping the other customer at the counter, another lady was at the counter on a personal phone call. I asked the “lady” if she could help me, no response, five minutes later, I asked the same “lady” still on personal phone call if she could help me, she then pointed at phone using her “how dare you try to talk to me eyes”. I called the manager “Jim” to complain, and he tried to take up for her. Customer service is not a priority and neither are masks.
Staff is very friendly they always have a nice wide selection of parts for your car. And are willing to obviously, run Diagnostics on your computer in the car test your battery test the alternator, and all that other stuff.
Workers are friendly and the workers always know what your talking about even with a bad description of what your doing. Good prices and usually stocked
I was there for almost an hour for a part that was in my hand and they couldn't figure out what it was called or how to look it up. Then was told to come back in 3 days to ask someone else to find it. Wasn't happy went to junk yard told them what I needed and where to find it on the car 5 minutes later it was in my hand. Way to go part store.
They sort of had the parts that i needed. What I mean by that is that I went in there looking for AC DELCO single platinum spark plugs. Well without even saying anything to me he rang the plugs up and gave me my total and I asked him, "are these single or double??" "double" he replied and said they didn't have singles. Well that aggravated me that he wouldn't tell me they didn't have singles and brought me the doubles instead.
