Absolutely worthless employees, just stood at the counter for 10 mins trying to buy a quart of oil. Asked two employees to cash me out whom walked away. Gave up and walked up. Shut the place down and fire everyone. 5 employees standing in the back doing jack: No one wants to work anymore.
Staff was a great help in a pinch. Helped us get our trailer back home. They stayed late and make sure we were getting back on the road. Greatly appreciated.

My battery died in the parking lot two stores away at 9:30 at night. I was really worried about what to do next when I saw the illuminated Advance sign. Thanks Guardian Angel! I called first and got a friendly voice, then walked over and both gentlemen in the store were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly as they worked as a team to get the proper battery replaced in my car. It was a bad night for me visiting the town of Marysville with a dead battery but these guys saved the day and got me safely home. #GoodGuys #NightShift #TeamWork

Asked to use a socket and ratchet to change spark plugs. 5 minuet job. Employee says we don't rent tools...... Not super friendly either. I'll stick to the parts store in my town thanks.

Used to always go to the competition, but in the last year I've stopped in a couple times. They stole my business with great customer service and low prices. They even told me how to get a better deal than just buying in store.

I'm not a car guy. My friend was going to tune up my older car and gave me a generic list of parts to pick up from an auto parts store. Advance is near my home so I chose it and I'm very glad that I did. The guy at the counter who helped me was very personable and extremely knowledgeable. His help figuring out the correct products I would need. They also had good sales and a loyalty program that gives excellent discounts. Advance is where I will be now going for my auto related supplies and help.
