It's taken me a little time to write this review. I bought my 2010 Toyota Highlander from this lot about 2 years ago. Now, I get that with a used car lot there will be some possible issues that pop up. I was alright with a bit of maintenance from this vehicle, especially with the mileage. Once the paperwork was signed and I was given the keys to leave, the car suddenly started shaking on the interstate, the car had thrown a coil pack as soon as I accelerated to merge. I contacted Danny and he was willing and able to take it back to have it repaired. He did so on lock 20's dime, zero complaints about this transaction. The one thing I will say is that the mechanic who performed the repair glued the coil pack to the connector which caused more damage to the coil connection. I was told that every car goes through a numerous point inspection before they are sold, but there are other issues this car had right off the lot. The passenger door handle is broken and misaligned, the vents in the ceiling are not installed properly, the windows aren't working correctly and need the brackets replaced, the lug nuts were swollen and can't be taken off with an impact wrench, and after 2 months of owning this car, it developed a vacuum leak issue in the engine that I'm still fighting to this day. Overall, after about 1,500 dollars worth of repair bills I'm still trying to keep this car on the road, but as of now it's spent more time in a repair shop then on the road. I take full responsibility as I signed all the paperwork. If I didn't live about an hour away, I would of had this car inspected by my mechanic, but I took the chance and I'm paying for it.
Danny and the team over there are super friendly and helped me all the way through the sale, so zero complaints about the sales staff there. My only advice is just to look over the vehicle as much as possible.
Great people, even tho my credit isn't the greatest they still managed to help me get a loan when I was very much in need of a vehicle. Would highly recommend checking them out. Nice selection of vehicles as well.
I would give Lock 20 Auto more than five stars, if possible. I just purchased my second vehicle from them. The first one, purchased in 2018, is still going strong. The salespeople are all very helpful and friendly. It truly is a pleasure to do business with such a respectful staff. Thank you, Lock 20 Auto!
I recently bought a car from these guys and I had a great experience. Mike helped me through the whole thing. Very honest about the vehicle I purchased. Here’s a short summary of how great they are. So I bought the car and before I drove off I have to turn my wipers on to see. They weren’t working so I go back inside and ask if they had something I could use to wipe the windshield off. Mike comes out checks out the wipers and neither one of us could get them to turn on.. He offers to take my car after I purchased it to take it up to there mechanic to fix them before I take off.. He didn’t have to do that but he did. Turns out the hood wasn’t closed all the way which prevented them from working. Great ppl! Very honest. I highly recommend
Just purchased a car here again yesterday. They were very quick with all the paperwork and made everything easy. I was in and out with a new vehicle within about an hour! Very pleased!
I got a great vehicle and a great price. Have no issues, everything runs and works great. It is a very nice 2021 Acadia Denali. I appreciate all the great service and help from Danny and Katie. I couldn't of got taken any better care than I received from Lock 20 and their team. Thank you both for all the help and know that I am ever greatful. This is my second vehicle from Lock 20 and I have no regrets and a great experience both times.

I don’t have the best credit but if you can put a down payment, you can pretty much walk out of here with most if not any vehicle you want and they seem to make sure that the vehicles drive good and there’s a two-year warranty on top of that the vehicles are priced accordingly for their mileage and years and they’re very fair about payment plans in getting you a good deal you can go most other car dealerships and you’re probably not gonna get the reliability and peace of mind on top of A good deal and I’d like to mention I walked in and left with a vat within half a hr it was a very Quick Experience
Me and my wife bought a car from here 3 weeks ago couldn't test drive it because the latch broke for the hood Danny said no problem then the water pump went out and he fixed it drove it 3 miles check engine light came on needed a tune up Danny did and replaced the battery just got it back drive it another 30 miles check engine light is back on due to a Catalytic converter code showed Danny what it was and basically said to bad so sad and said that it was in us drove the car 60 miles off the lot and he won't fix it knowing it was going to a family a family of a 22 year old couple and 2 very young kids I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy let alone family or friends don't buy from here the check engine light is on him not us and he refuses to fix it haven't even had it long enough to do the first oil change
I went to the lock and found an suv I fell in love with! They made it happen! Quick and easy! Then my mom and two friends went to purchase there vehicles there! We love them and have had no issues. They’re honest and friendly highly recommended them for your next vehicle purchase!

After looking for 3 weeks and researching the different small SUV makes/models that would give me the price range I wanted to spend , the reliability/issues of that vehicle from Carfax, KBB, and Edmunds and read customer reviews of their experiences with that particular brand of vehicle. I went to a couple car lots to compare their inventory with Lock 20 after looking at what Lock had to offer on website and also driving through sales lot twice. Friends and co-workers recommended Lock 20 and Danny after purchasing multiple times from him so I decided on a vehicle that I was interested in and went to test drive the Subaru Forester that had one owner, an outstanding maintenance record, and was well taken care of. The test drive to having the keys in my hands was the easiest time I have ever had at a used car lot and the quality of their vehicles surpasses most that I been to and Danny made the whole process enjoyable and comforting because he cares about having only quality used vehicles at a decent price and is very upfront with information about the vehicle. Danny was very transparent and honest. He was easy to talk to. He knew all the in's and out's of the business. He was able to get the power doors fixed on the Toyota Sienna that we were interested in which was very convenient for us as we were in the process of moving. I was super skeptical about going to another dealership after having such a bad experience with the previous one I purchased from. We went Monday to lock 20 and got into a vehicle. They were super helpful and seem to want to go above and beyond to make sure we have a reliable and nice vehicle. If any issues came up they offered to fix them.
