Dont know if Rob still works there but awesome guy even helped me diagnose what was wrong. My power steering pulley got loose and i slipped my serpentine belt. Rob even pulled some strings and got me a power steering pump free of charge. Awesome guys really would recommend to everyone
Good people to do business with. Had one of our drivers hit a post, blew out some tires and damaged suspension, they removed tires, chained up damaged suspension so could have load off loaded. Professional, timely and cost within reason, Thanks, Steve Caine
Oh they won't help tow something for a customer because of a personal issue between the secretary's brother and sister in law and the property owner where my jeep is. Very professional

Had a professional experience with Jim's. Talked to Jim himself. He asked if he could call back as he was driving tractor-trailer and nearing a two-lane. He also told me one of the drivers should be returning from Cleveland soon and could likely help.
His driver called back in just a few minutes. We set up a meeting time and he arrived about 35 minutes after our conversation! The driver was polite and professional. As he was leaving he told me that he would even drop the keys in the night deposit for the mechanic's shop as well. I paid him for his trip and service, they provided a receipt that I can offer to insurance for a reimbursement, and off he went.
When I called Jim's, I had just been in a frustrating conversation with another company that told us they would not tow because it was after 5:00 PM and our need did not constitute an emergency situation.

We used Jim's Towing twice. Both time there were there very quick, they were very professional and all around really nice guys. Would definately recommend them.
I called four other services before I talked to Jim's Towing. He was very polite and straight forward with cost and dispatched Robert to assist. Robert arrived within a short period of time and was very efficient and careful with securing my motorcycle to the flatbed. He was good company on the long trip to Cleveland. I recommend their towing services. Great job!!
AWESOME! Fantastic service! Jim went put of his way to help me and my fiance. He did not have do what he did! He came and got me and my fiance when we totalled Our car on 77s we were on our way to florida and he had his mom gice us a ride a motel they followed us in the tow truck let us clean our car out and THEN came and gave us a ride in the morning to rent a car! Its hard to find good people like that i am so greatful for his help , understanding and compassion! I HIGHLY recommend!
