I'm Matthew Troyer and may God have a hand on this place look at my other reviews and you will see what they do to me they took my car so I can't get to work because I'm apparently a criminal to park where I'm not supposed to there was no no parking signs I was not aware of a no ban I'm not familiar with these things no car to get to work and no money and I have a family to provide for this is what the government calls help they send people out they take your stuff this is mineral ridge Ohio an AM towing and their Police department could they not have gotten a hold of me and shown me grace no instead they tell me there's nothing I can do except pay and it wasn't them it was the police department the police department says it wasn't them it was a and m says it was the police. This is the law of the land guys forgive them Lord for they do not know what they do.
This company was able to extract 20 gallons of diesel from my fuel tank. They were fast & fairly priced while other companies were unable to perform the service.
If you need a semi service in the area, call these guys.
(You may have a few hours wait considering these superheroes are most likely always busy saving someone's day)
I would give this place a negative 10 if possible the worse prices even worse attitude on the planet blame you for there mistakes even to the point to call names and try to intimidate you as call names GO ANYWHERE ELESE. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN
Liar and uninterested, he told me to wait the next day and he will call me but he did not call. If you do not want to provide a service, do not tell me to wait and then run away.
These people are thieves I was charged $250 to leave my car alone after hitting a deer. These people charged me $250 not to tow my car. Lamar County sheriffs called this wrecker company and the wrecker company insisted that I pay $250 cash to leave my car alone Never use this company. This man is a thief.
Received a payment for disposal of cargo in a trailer, it took them 3 weeks to get rid of the cargo, once the trailer is empty they advised we have to pay storage for trailer for these 3 weeks, even they are the one who hold the trailer. these people are SCAM, RUDE DON'T EVER CALL THEM
My air bags went out....called roadside...they found the best guy in town. Now check this out my shop replaced the leveler valve with a universal part unknown to them it had to be adapted. It was working in reverse. Or the installed upside down. Ok...this owner had a previous roadside call and he had to install one...what a blessing. Made the Unilever delivery...almost didn't.....thanks A and M you saved the day....the universe is at all the time🌌11:11
I would not recommend anybody to spend money with these people they’re short and rude the lady that took my call hung up on me 2 times. If you in a time of need call anybody but a and m towing my experience wasn’t good

I was broke down on the side of the road for the first time and I litterly called 4 other tow companies first. The first 2 were on a semi roll over, the 3rd said I was too far away and too call A&M Towing. the 4th was Jeswald and the lady who answered the phone was completely unprofessional and hung up on me saying she didn't have time to deal with me, so I called A&M back. I can't say enough great things about A&M Towing. The guy I talked to on the phone was above professional and answered all my questions, gave me prices for everything, the prices I was quoted were the prices I ended up paying. No extra shit added in. The tow driver was there in less than 30 mins and got my car loaded up and hauled all the way to my place, which is in the middle of nowhere up the side of a horrible driveway. This company was amazing and I can't recommend them enough.
My explorer broke down on me at about 430AM and I called A&M that early morning. They showed up on time and assisted me with a jump, which got my car started and drove it to a secure spot at the gas station. I was told it was free and they didn’t charge me. What a way to brighten up my morning. Kudos A&M!
So after reading all the reviews I must say ppl are stupid!! I had my truck impounded wed night before Thanksgiving, my fault it is what it is my sticker was expired 14 days ago on my bday I thought I had into end of month. Well that's not the case anymore your bday is your expiration date period!! Sorice towed to their lot. I went this morning to pick it up as I did my renewal online. I must say the gentleman was very knowledgeable and polite!! The experience was frustrating however when I got to the impound lot. My truck was on the same condition and they rolled my windows up !! Thank you!! I will forever use them if I ever need anything!! The reviewers on here bashing the company and what not is ridiculous. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.
Needed a lock out service. They arrived within 30 minutes and I was on my way again. You live and you learn. Pricey lesson!

Very organized shop. I dropped my truck in the afternoon, and they rides me at a good price hotel and next day, ride me back. Find all parts quickly and install. Very professional mechanics working here. Thank you, guys for your service.

Everyone was extremely friendly. Ronnie & Ruly were phenomenal. They were fast and efficient. They fixed my trailer door plus made sure I could open / close it. I would definitely recommend this company. I will 100% be back if need mechanic work
Very happy with the service, guys explained everything, work was done fast, my driver was back on the road in no time. They also told us to come back on the way back from east coast so they can recheck everything and make sure its good. Our trailer axle seized and broke everything in its way. Not a lot of shops like that are left. 5 stars all the way

Broke the valve stem on my SUV and tried taking the tire off but whoever took it off last tightened the lug nuts so tight it was impossible to break loose. I called A And M they had a guy there in about 20 minutes, he was very nice and was able to break loose the lug nuts. It was a little pricey but I'll gladly pay more for this type of service any day. The guy was literally amazing and such a nice guy so I definitely recommend using A and M.
took over 2 hours to show up to winch our truck off the side of the road. Charge was over a thousand dollars for 25 minutes work. C'mon really? I was expecting around 500 bucks for a winch out. Never again, I should have read the reviews before calling them. The reviews are true
Bought some bad fuel that clogged my fuel filter so I called this company to bring me a new filter. Told me it would be an hour wait they show up 4 hours later and charge $500.00 for a $44 filter. Best advice never call these people unless you want lied to and robbed!
They kept a truck of ours for 8 days because the truck was losing prime. They claim to have replaced the fuel pump (I believe the fuel pump on the truck is the old one due to the grease stains and oxidation of the casing). They stripped the bleeder screw on my filter housing and claimed that was the reason it would not keep prime (yes this is after the “new” fuel pump) and wanted to wait for a factory bleeder screw from their parts supplier.
I got them to start the truck and let my driver leave with my truck. The driver makes it to my shop the next day. After a day of looking at the very basic and likely causes of a fuel problem I find a faulty line, hole or collapsed, coming from the tank. Less than $100 part at Napa and the truck was rolling out of my shop.
Do not let these part changers touch your vehicle. Get it towed far away from this town and find professionals to do the work.
Not a fair company to work with they over charge from 780 $ they bunp the price to 1500 for 30 miles and 2 hour of work. Rude mean and disrespectful operator. After they hook me up . They treated me with impounding the equipment
The very bud guy ever never nice to talk people he does not know how to write on computer so slow, mechanics are they don’t care about costumers wrest, make sure people go there do not talk to guy on computer cz he is gonna make your bill up. I for one trailer door just for 5 latch charged me $567 I can’t believe it. The cost cost of tow trailer new.
This place is horrible when it comes to pricing and the owner lies a lot beside being a rude person. They tried charging me $345 for jump starting my truck. When I called requesting service, the dispatcher said it will cost me $125/hr and $2/ every miles they drive to me which was fine with me. Right after they sent their service guy, the entire price plan changed. Had to pay $2 per mile round trip(meaning also had to pay for the miles driven to get back to the shop), had to pay a service fee of $45, had to pay for shop supplies, had to pay for the time to and from me besides the miles I am paying. How reasonable it is to charge a customer $345 just to drive 10miles to jump start a truck? I refused paying the bill and the boss threatened me over the phone with calling the cops on me for theft of service and to impound my truck. I ended up turning the table and calling the cops on them. Ended up paying $206.82.
I REGRET ever requesting service from them.
These guys are THE BEST !! The owner, Nick was pleasant & helped us when we were stranded! Thank you Nick & your whole crew for making what could have been a terrible experience one of the best. We can't thank you guys enough. We will come say hi if we are ever back in the area!!!
