No call no show... and maybe you should remember that I text messaged your actual phone and setup an appointment with you that you never showed up to or called to reschedule. You did then answer my Google chat message days later thinking I was a new customer. Lol good luck buddy!

We found a car at a dealership in Euclid (we live in Austin TX). We needed someone to go drive the car for us ... check it out and make sure we would be making a good investment. Adam was fantastic. He sent us videos and photos of the car, little issues he saw, and found a couple of small things that we'll need to get taken care of after we drive the car back to Austin. What a relief for us to make a purchase like this with confidence! Adam was professional and knowledgeable. Thank you, Adam!

I rarely leave bad reviews for anything but I think people need to know how he is. I only wish I had read the reviews BEFORE I called him. He came out on a Friday and tore my steering column apart. He was supposed to call around for the part and didn't call back. My son texted him Monday and he said he was busy over the weekend. Ok, it happens so I waited until Tuesday to text him to see if he found the part or if I should tow my car to a garage. He replied with a very unprofessional text and asked what was the make and model again. If he would have just scrolled up a few texts he would have seen that he had it. Plus he took a picture of my VIN so he could find the right part. At this point I just made the decision to have it towed to a garage. Well, the problem was that he tore it up so bad that the garage refused to touch it. So I had it towed again and my brother is going to do the work. He said the same thing that the garage said about it being torn apart and also said there's a piece missing so it's going to cost me more to fix it. Also, I was told by this mobile mechanic that it was the ignition switch and my brother said it's just the tumbler but again, there's a piece missing and it's going to cost more than it should have. So basically I paid a $75 diagnostic fee for nothing. Lesson learned, next time I'll go to a reputable garage even if I have to pay for a tow. And to make matters worse I now have no horn because he somehow disconnected it.

I definitely would never take my car to this man! I lived there and what he does is he takes peoples cars for weeks on end, saying that he’s fixing them when he’s actually driving them. If you do take your car to him, make sure that you look at the mileage before you drop it off and when you pick it up All I needed was a simple alternator for my car. Why could he not fix that when I actually physically live with him? He has been caught driving a customers car before he does not have a license. I have literally I’m to go and pick him up from getting pulled over in one of his customers cars. If you are not concerned with your car, potentially getting towed because of him driving it without a license then by any means, take it to him.

Me and my wife rent our RV out. Just today, our renters had a problem with the bunkhouse not going up. I tried calling the dealer and good Sam's since we just bought this unit 2 weeks ago with no luck and no sense of urgency. In the meantime, our renters called Adam and Sons to where not only did they help fix the problem, but they were quick to answer and help them get fixed and back on the road within an hour. I owe them a debt of gratitude for their willing to perform when no one else would. Thank you so much!

He is a liar and a thief!!! He supposedly replaced my front and rear brakes and rotors about a month ago. However we started hearing a grinding sound. My 18-year-old was home from college driving the car only to learn that the brakes and rotors were not replaced even though they were bad. He risk my families life for money…to deceive us to steal. I’m a single parent struggling to make it. I got this car with my taxes so I could keep my job. I tried to contact him before posting but he blocked my number. I will be filing a claim. I guess this is how he treats black women.

Adam and Sons did me a huge favor today. I called their listed number and they got right back to me. Adam completed a very last minute pre-purchase inspection on a used car within hours of my initial phone call. He was very thorough. He sent images and provided a summary of the faults that he was able to find. For anyone that says that customer service is dead in America, look no further than Adam and Sons… they take their services to the next level!

Adam was responsive and prompt, he communicated perfectly. He called before and when he arrived. Had my truck repaired quickly and diagnosed some immediate needs in the suspension. I was shocked how good of a deal he made the whole thing. Super convenient. Don’t let the few negative reviews deter you, he’s a real good one!

I just had the worse experience with this guy first off he’s bad with time and doesn’t communicate. He told me one time and hours went by still no show. Finally he arrives when it’s dark outside I mean what type of work are you doing in the dark. Long story short didn’t get the work done on my car left all these tools at my house, won’t answer my calls been calling him for days bad business worse experience I’ve ever had all I wanted was my sensor replaced and it never happened.

We have used Adam before he came late and took the part off and arrived later than was supposed to the next day, I let it go because the price was reasonable and my car got fixed. Now we call him back because we are having the same issue with our car and he says he will be here to fix it told us to get the upgraded part and he will be coming that day. Well we wait all afternoon and then he reschedules and says he will be here in the morning. That was ok but that morning we don’t hear anything from him. I have a one year old daughter and I use my car for work I am losing money every day I don’t have my car. He just ghosts us we still haven’t heard anything from him. I warn you to stay away he is very undependable and will string you along and never show up!!

So started out alright. Adam was helpful and seemed trusting since this was for our college student and we were hours away. He came out to the university, even picked the part up at auto zone on the way. He communicated and we paid him what he asked $250 for oil pan replacement/oil change. We paid for all the parts and oil. It did rain that day after he began, however we did not say he had to finish in the rain or couldn’t come back the next day or after it stopped, so let’s get that right. Then our son after class went to the car and Adam had left all the old parts and boxes on the ground in the school lot next to the car, also he broke/ bent to heck the oil dipstick and promised to replace and did not, then the car was super loud. come to find out after having to have it towed again because, now I didn’t trust this guy, he did not put the exhaust pipes back on correctly and also missed bolts and mid-threaded bolts and screws. This cost another $611 at vans auto. I asked Adam for some of my money back and he agreed to $75 (low ball) but I agreed and yet I still haven’t seen payment returned. A guy with a business you can google and a part of the BBB, complaining to me after agreeing to repay me some money, then telling me all about his personal problems and then ghosting me. If it wouldn’t take more money and time to file a suit against him I would. Bad business man, not as trusting as he led on. Down on his luck so now we suffer.

They really helped me out. Bought me a replacement tire and installed it all without me having to be there. I most appreciate the great communication. Highly recommend!

Came out on a holiday weekend to replace a brake caliper bolt that came out and wouldn’t let my wheel turn. charged barely over the consultation fee, definitely the hookup for the Akron area highly recommended

I called him Superbowl sunday abput a tire repair. My tires are relatively new and just wanted a tire plugged due to a nail piercing the tread. He stated that a tire could not be plugged in the winter and he would sell me a used tire for 40 $ and 50$ to change out. I asked if he would just put my doughnut tire on instead and he agreed to do it for 50$ promising to call me on monday "as soon as he woke up" Well I guess Adam is still sleeping since I haven't receieved a call as of 700 pm monday night. I know that a tire can be plugged regardless of time of year. The only time it cant be plugged is if it is on the sidewall. Any how I payed a nice young man from the neighborhood 50$ to install the doughnut tire. He tried refusing payment and then only wanted 20$ but I insisted he take the 50$. In addition I payed 20$ with 5$ tip for tire plug. I find myself wondering how accurate or truthful the reviews I read about this Adam and Sons. They certainly weren't helpful for me

Adam was polite, came as quick as he could, made sure I understood the rules of driving on a donut tire, examined my flat and the wheel, and made sure I got off to work before he left. Adam thank you and I saved your number just in case. Merry Holidays.

Very communicative, professional, and respectful. He drove 3 hours out of his way to come help me, giving me updates on his arrival time. Drove me to the store and a dealer to make sure we got the right stuff. Explained what was wrong in detail, even showing me examples. Very fair price given all the troubles he went through for me. The problem was fixed, and I was so happy to be driving again. Absolutely recommend!

Adam replaced the alternator in my mini van. He was very professional. I was able to have good work done at a fair price! He also gave me some additional maintenance tips for keeping my van running smoothly.

I highly recommend calling Adam! He showed up within hours of me calling him to look at my car. He was very thorough and honest; he did exactly what I asked at a reasonable price! I will be calling him again for any future repairs needed!!

Adam is great mechanic he came and diagnosed my car it had a few error codes that he looked at, he then replaced a sensor for me and all 4 breaks. He explains everything along the way hes very knowledgeable with cars, will definitely be using him again.

The brake light on my truck came on Friday night and I was afraid to drive it all the way to Cleveland from Medina to have my dad fix it. I called around to the local shops in the morning and was quoted well over $1000 from each to do brakes and rotors so I Googled mobile mechanic and went through EACH one. When I got to “Adam and Sons” not only did he have a five star rating, he had thanked each one of his reviewer’s for their patronage which I like so I gave him a call. When he answered the phone he was professional and polite. I told him what I needed, he gave me the price, and he promptly came and got me back on the road. He was thorough and even showed and allowed my daughter to be a helper while he worked on the truck which made her entire day. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED YESTERDAY AND WILL DEFINITELY BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER!!! I 100% RECOMMEND ADAM FOR YOUR AUTO CARE NEEDS!!!

Adam gave a good quote to come over and check out my truck and got it started. He said it needs a new starter, I got the part and he came over the next day to install the part at a fair price, and it was done property in an hour. I recommend him for future services.
